Wuerl Protected Priest Accused of Assault. He Let a Credible Accuser Be Intimidated.

Introduction

For those new to this site, know that it contains jpegs of hard copy ev-
idence and mainstream newspaper articles which prove that Cardinal
Donald Wuerl is NOT the model of Zero Tolerance that he was made
out to be by Pittsburgh Post Gazette writer, Ann Rodgers. In addition,
the statistical information within this site shows that both Wuerl and the
archbishop of New York City are deceivers.

New to this site, as of December 2011, is the allegation of yet another
Donald Wuerl cover-up. Though it is newly revealed to the public at
large, it was something known for years by persons in the know. This
was the elusive butterfly that was kept from the public, out of fear that
retaliation would be exacted upon the accuser-witness of the account.
The unveiling of the Penn State Sandusky Scandal, and the calling of
certain persons to accountability in Pennsylvania, dissolved the fear.
In having been granted the permission to make known the allegations
of this case, I regard the permission to do so as my Christmas gift for
the Year 2011. You should consider it to be yours, too.

This account includes personal observations about Cardinal Donald
Wuerl's conduct while he was Bishop of Pittsburgh. The observer is
an individual who alleged for a long time that a Father Donald Sotak
physically attacked/assaulted him. The account herein also includes
Wuerl's alleged mode of operation in insuring that things would al-
ways sway his way while in Pennsylvania . . . according to Sotak's
accuser who eventually became a Pittsburgh diocesan deacon, all
the while hoping to become a priest.

The most revealing/vice-gripping allegation which causes instantane-
ous disrespect for Wuerl was that he allegedly required seminarians
and deacons to dress in blazers, in order to serve as valets and wait-
ers, at soirees held for the rich and influential, at Wuerl's Warrick
Terrace residence. The question is if any of the rich and influential
   recognized the vanity, worldliness, manipulative tactics, and there-
   fore deceitful intent of the former bishop of Pittsburgh.

Also herein is the alleged victim's surmise as to Wuerl's motivation in
having vehemently pursued the Anthony Cipolla case at the Vatican's
highest court and then to have the results thereof limelighted and bill-
boarded throughout much of the Western World, while keeping im-
portant details of the case from being made readily known.

The accused priest:

Donald J. Sotak. His assignments included headmaster posts at South
Side Catholic and Canevin High Schools, as well as the pastor posts of
Saint Francis Xavier in the North Side of Pittsburgh and Saint Joseph's
Parish in Natrona Heights. This also included an assistant pastor post in
Mckeesport.

Sotak died in 2004. During the celebration of the 40th anniversary of
his ordination, in 2002, the parish church that was to hold the celebra-
tion was ever so coincidentally vandalized. Were the vandals, by any
chance, making a deliberate statement in the vandalizing?

Accusation: Full blown physical assault, to the tune of either attempt-
ed sodomy or actual rape. The accuser stated that he was knocked
unconscious during the conflagration which, according to him, was an
intense altercation. He wasn't sure what actually happened while he
was unconscious.

The alleged circumstance surrounding alleged assault: Sotak's
accuser alleges that the assault took place after a dinner outing and af-
ter Fr. Sotak asked the gentleman very personal preference questions.
The accuser originally asked Sotak for vocational guidance, in the hope
to receive assistance in entering a seminary, should he finally decide to
pursue a vocation to the priesthood. They went to dinner, to discuss
the matter.

Age of Accuser at the time of the alleged assault: 19, 20, or so.

The following is also alleged by Fr. Donald Sotak's accuser:

- The alleged assault took place during the tenure of Pittsburgh dioce-
   san bishop, Vincent Leonard, in the mid 1970s.

- Sotak was immediately reported to Pittsburgh diocesan personnel,
   and the response was to quickly move him to a new domicile.

- The accuser joined the Pittsburgh seminary in the 1980s, eventually
   being ordained a deacon. Donald Wuerl was the rector of the dio-
   cesan seminary at the time. The accuser had a window view to the
   residence of Wuerl and disclosed an eye-witness account related to
   that fact. It isn't revealed in this article, being that the prejudicial ef-
   fect of it will outweigh its probative value, and we must avoid falling
   into SNAP's kangaroo court mode of operation. However, Sotak's
   accuser noticed a very suspicious pattern about Wuerl at the Pitts-
   burgh diocesan seminary and it is recounted herein.

- Incidentally, SNAP is the Survivors' Network of those Abused by
   Priests, and one of its directors told me that accusers almost never
   lie. This means that, as soon as a priest is accused, SNAP people
   believe it to be true, without testing the allegation for cracks. That
   is stubborn insistence. In fact, the director would always say, "The
   universe is moving," whenever there would be a breakthrough, as
   if hydrogen and helium atoms throughout a network of galaxies con-
   stitute a living being, guiding humanity. The bottom line is that mod-
   ern bishops such as Wuerl destroyed the faith of multitudes, to the
   point of turning people into superstitious pantheists. A pantheist, by
   the way, is a person who believes that all molecular matter and ev-
   ery spiritual entity combined equal the sum total of divinity.

- A note of fact: Donald Wuerl became an auxiliary bishop in 1986
   and was eventually sent to Seattle Washington, concerning the Hunt-
   hausen controversy. He was next assigned to the Pittsburgh diocese
   in 1988, and it was under Wuerl when Sotak's accuser was alleged-
   ly sent to a Philadelphia clinic for a psychological assessment. The al-
   leged diagnosis was that the deacon was credible and suffering from
   Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.   Being diagnosed with PTSD aug-
   mented the accuser's credibility.

Also alleged by Sotak's accuser was that:

- The diocesan personnel refused to accept the final assessment of the
   Philadelphia clinic and were apparently in search of an official sheet
   of paper that would state something differently. So, they demanded
   that Sotak's accuser go for yet another psychological assessment at
   either St. Michael's Clinic in St. Louis or at St. Luke's Clinic in Mary-
   land. Sotak's accuser assumed that Wuerl was controlling his person-
   nel on puppet strings and was the person who ultimately wanted an
   official sheet of paper stating something other than what was stated
   by the Philly clinic. This would mean that Wuerl was looking to play
   a game with loaded dice and a stacked deck of cards.

- It was at that point in time when Fr. Sotak's accuser departed from
   diocesan ministry. Things had gotten far too Orwellian for him. He
   stated that he literally feared that he was going to be drugged into a
   catatonic state. He remembers his time of exit being 1994. This was
   during the musical chairs cover-up of a Fr Edward Huff. This was al-
   so the time when the Cipolla case was underway at the highest court
   of the Vatican. This was also shortly before James Torquato became
   Wuerl's personal secretary. Incidentally, Sotak's accuser remembers
   Torquato at the seminary. According to him, Torquato cow-towed
   to authority, as if to be seeking promotion points. The actual expres-
   sion used to describe Torquato was "brown noser."

- The Sotak case, being that it was covered-up from the mid-1970's to
   the end of 2011, would easily qualify as Cardinal Wuerl's sixth simul-
   taneous cover-up during the same year; the year being 1988. Now,
   this was an inherited cover-up, but it can be filed with the Wolk, Zula,
   Pucci, Hoehl, and Wellinger cases. The cases involving those priests,

As a brief review, The Wolk, Zula, and Pucci cases were the Triple
Cover-up. The Hoehl case was the Hot Potato Cover-up, where he
was dismissedby Wuerl shortly after Frs. Wolk, Zula, and Pucci were
indicted. The Huff case is the Musical Chairs Cover-up involving the
priest who was reported more than once to Wuerl, by more than one
person. The Wellinger case was the one originally ignored, allegedly.

The Torquato case was the Retaliation and Endangerment Cover-up,
where someone could have gotten seriously injured during the initial
phase of retaliations. You see, Torquato terminated all the business
accounts of his accuser's uncle, after someone enlisted that uncle to
play role of surrogate harasser. This means that family members of
James Torquato's accuser feared further retaliations upon the family.
Therefore, someone was determined to get Torquato's accuser to re-
tract his allegations. Torquato's accuser never retracted any allegation.
The U.S. Supreme Court documents pertaining to the Torquato/Wuerl
case were docketed in Case #10392 and were filed in DC in the Year
2002.

The appeal to the US Supreme Court in the Year 2002 was another
motive for Wuerl and Post Gazette writer Ann Rodgers to toot Wuerl's
horn throughout the same year. The contrived bumper sticker slogan
that Rodgers fabricated, along with all the other horn-tooting tactics,
was a diversionary tactic. People who had no personnel encounters
with Wuerl and his Pittsburgh diocese fell for the con game. This in-
cluded a few writers who produced zero documentation or first hand
witnesses to support their claims. They merely mimicked Rodgers, as
   if to be myna birds.

The Wuerl/Rodgers con game was like the Weapons of Indiscrimi-
   nate Destruction con game that George Bush II played in 2003. The
   majority of America assumed that Bush's allegations came from thor-
   ough analysis of photo reconnaissance. The majority of America was
   deceived into thinking that Ann Rodger's claim about Wuerl came after
   thorough analysis of legal records. She was informed of the Torquato
   retaliation years prior and kept it secret. This means that she was part
   of the cover-up and should be fired from the Post Gazette staff.

   Now, concerning the alleged Sotak Cover-up, it remained in tact until
   Sotak's death in 2004. Needless to say, it continued covered until the
   very end of 2011. It was the Alleged Violent Assault Cover-up.

Additionally alleged by the accuser was that:

- The diocese's Fr. Charles Bober, STD, sent a letter to Sotak's accus-
    er, notifying him that he would get no stipend from the diocese. The
    accuser then had recourse to the Canon Law process, and according
    to him, he gets a stipend to this day. The accuser also stated that the
    letter from the previously mentioned Father Bober, former vocation
    director of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, sounded almost like a damning
    excommunication letter. There was no Peace of Christ within it, to
    say the least . . . at least according to Sotak's accuser.

- During a meeting, diocesan personnel bragged to Fr. Sotak's
accuser that they had an excellent policy for handling clergy
abuse victims. Yet, they said that the policy did NOT apply
to Sotak's accuser, because he was a deacon. HOWEVER,
the alleged assault took place when Sotak's accuser was a
layman - civilian - parishioner.

- Even in 2002, when Wuerl finally suspended several priests who had
   long since been attached to credible sex abuse allegations, he permit-
   ted Sotak to stay at his post.

- Years later, Sotak's accuser was interviewed by Randy Engel. The
   subject matter was to be kept from the public, out of fear of retalia-
   tion against the accuser. This is important to note, because it shows
   that the accusation against Sotak is not something recently conjured.
   The accusation has been longstanding. I knew of the fact that there
   was a Father Sotak accused of having assaulted a certain person, by
   name, for years. Thus, these accusations are NOT new inventions.

   We continue with the recent time line which resulted
   in the interview with Sotak's accuser, written in the
   third person singular, as if to be a scorecard:

- Autumn 2011: The Sandusky Scandal makes headline news. This
   gives confidence to alleged victims and/or accusers in Pennsylvania
   who previously elected to stay in the shadows, out of fear of retali-
    ation.

- December 2011: A communication from a Chicago individual is ini-
   tiated with Patrick Pontillo, simply because Pontillo is the author of
   the Wuerlgate series of articles. The Chicago gentleman originally in-
   tended to report the matter to the Archbishop of Chicago, but con-
   cluded that he would be ignored. He expressly stated, "but after
   reading your website I realized Wuerl has gotten away with
   too much for anyone to listen in the Catholic church hier-
   archy." Quite frankly, the hierarchy is in the state of anarchy.

- December 2011 continued: The same Chicago liaison arranges for
   Patrick Pontillo to make contact with Father Sotak's accuser. The ac-
   cuser's testimony is conveyed to Pontillo. It was conveyed in a matter
   of fact, easy going, and fluid tone, where the accuser volunteered ob-
   servations. At no time did Sotak's accuser hesitate by interjecting an
"Uhmmm." However, there was one point where there was a moment
   of silence, followed by, "I don't know. I was unconscious."   The
   question that triggered the moment of silence was, "Were you raped?"

- December 2011 continued further: Pontillo is granted permission
   to make the account of Sotak's accuser known, provided that the
   name of the accuser is kept in confidence.

In addition:

- The Chicago liaison stated the following about Fr. Sotak's accuser:
"I have always said and continue to believe that of the hundred
   guys in seminary with me at the time, that {Sotak's accuser}
   should of been a priest above all others."

Sotak's accuser furthermore alleged/averred the following:

It seemed to him that Donald Wuerl had a new teacher's pet every se-
mester, while he was the rector of the Pittsburgh diocesan seminary.
However, none of Wuerl's pets were ever ordained, according to the
even tempered gentleman. Sotak's accuser even saw one of Wuerl's
seminary pets leave in anger, never to return.

Now, Randy Engel did establish Wuerl's nexus with Pittsburgh's homo-
sexual world, and according to other sources, Wuerl really was called
Donna Wuerl while in the Pittsburgh area. Him carrying an effeminate
demeanor off camera, with stereotypical effeminate mannerisms, was
alleged by more than one person. Other things alleged about Donald
Wuerl have been kept in confidence for years, at least by the writer
of this text.

While bishop of Pittsburgh, Wuerl would hold a soireé at his Warwick
Terrace manor house twice a year, where he would play host to the in-
fluential and wealthy. Seminarians and deacons would dress in blazers,
park the cars of the influential guests and serve them hors d'oeuvres.
This means that Wuerl had men dedicated to the service of God play
the role of secular valets and waiters. It was very worldly, to say the
least.

The bi-annual Warwick Terrace event was surmised/presumed as hav-
ing been Wuerl's way of getting the rich and powerful to protect him in
every aspect of life. I personally witnessed how protected Wuerl was
when Fr. Torquato's accuser and I attempted to file Summary Offense
charges against Wuerl and Torquato. Shortly after, we found ourselves
caught in the midst of the second wave of the Torquato Retaliations.

According to Sotak's accuser, Wuerl would give inordicate attention to

the rich and powerful, while treating the common citizen with dismissive
elitist contempt. That is to say, Donald Wuerl cow-towed to the power-
ful in society. I personally witnessed this Haughty Elitist Contempt Syn-
drome. While it was occurring, Wuerl resembled a certain theater major
at a college I attended who was found to have been engaged in an affair
with a certain lieutenant governor's son ... NOT from the State of Penn-
sylvania. Only moments prior did Wuerl reminded me of a 14 year old
adolescent with jet gray hair. In a matter of seconds, he went into the
Mr. Hyde mode, in a stone cold huffy elitist fashion, thereof. At the
time, I was trying to get Wuerl to approve an apostolate designed to
counter sweatshop labor profiteering.

David Zubik (present bishop of Pittsburgh) was involved in the Sotak
case, and Sotak's accuser alleged that Zubik expressly told him that he
regarded both "the victim and the {predatory} priest as victims."

Father Sotak's accuser mentioned that a John Sweeney told him that he
"better not tell anyone" about his accusations against Sotak or even
the diocese in general. Now, a Master of Divinity recipient named Fr.
John Sweeney is stationed at the same parish where James Torquato
was stationed when he was reported to Wuerl in 1998. The same Fr.
Sweeney was also stationed at Aliquippa Pennsylvania, hometown of
NFL greats Mike Ditka and Tony Dorsett. Sotak's accuser simply
stated the name John Sweeney, and it was assumed by this writer that
he was referring to the Aliquippa Sweeney.

The Sandusky revelations seems to have given a number of abuse vic-
tims a sense of freedom in the State of Pennsylvania. The sense of in-
timidation imposed upon Pennsylvania victims/accusers departed like
wheat chaff in a wind storm, as soon as the Penn State Scandal came
to the fore.

Keep in mind that the allegations about Sotak do NOT involve seduc-
tion. Nor do they involve a closet affair. They involve a physical attack
upon someone who decided to resist physically, resulting in the attacked
person going unconscious for a while.

Fr. Sotak's accuser stated that Wuerl megaphoned the Anthony Cipolla
case throughout the Western World, to conceal the various Pittsburgh
diocesan cover-ups. He assessed that the publicity given to the Cipolla
case was Wuerl's diversionary tactic. Sotak's accuser did NOT mention
if whether he thought that Cipolla were guilty or innocent. He only con-
cluded that the Cipolla Case was Wuerl's publicity stunt & simultaneous
diversionary tactic.

Thus is the testimony of Father Donald Sotak's accuser.

The Torquato Retaliations and Ensuing Cover-up

This supplementary page provides photocopied evidence that supports
the allegations made against one of Wuerl's former personal secretaries.
Most of the jpegs are in the DECEMBER 2011 archive.

Concerning Wuerl's retaliatory personal secretary, he was ordained by
Wuerl in 1989. Then, in 1990, he began his acts of physically invasive
acts of sexual harassment under the guise of spiritual direction sessions.
This means that there is no indication of any kind that this priest had any
intention to honor his vows of ordination. In January 1998, he was re-
ported to Wuerl. The first wave of retaliations came shortly thereafter.
Then, in the of Summer 1999, the second wave of retaliation came.

Wuerl is the present Roman Catholic archbishop of Washington, D.C.
and the former bishop of Pittsburgh. He was heralded as the model
of zero tolerance during the Year 2002, when revelations of the mod-
ern church's corruption were being unraveled like a long carpet. He
was made out to be a rare exception of holiness amongst a church of
disgraced bishops. However, the portrayal of Wuerl as an heroic and
caring bishop turned out to be a hoax. He had a dirty sex abuse dat-
ing back to Year 1 of his tenure in Pittsburgh. See:

The praise of Donald Wuerl was nothing more than sleight of hand
semantics, direct falsehoods, and the omission of pivotal fact which
would have gotten him instantaneously condemned in the court of
public opinion if those facts had been revealed in the Year 2002.
This web page, therefore, serves as a public service, in showing
people to not entrust any matter to Donald Wuerl and to not trust
Wuerl in any matter.

The matter concerning Wuerl's former secretary vividly shows that
he is more than willing to let you and anyone else be hurt badly, if
and when he can profit from hurting you or anyone else. Proof that
he still is the way he was during the 1998 and 1999 retaliations exists
in the fact that Wuerl has not paid a penny of restitution for the eco-
nomic loss that he let be caused to three persons during any of the
retaliations.

Tim Bendig testified under oath that he willingly committed sodomy at seminary

   Three Jpegs of legal documentation and several links to

Introduction

Before all else, keep in mind that the Bendig/Cipolla case was NEVER
tried in any court of law anywhere on Planet Earth. Cipolla's attorney,
my former neighbor, had arranged for 70+ witnesses to testify in favor
of Anthony Cipolla, in the lawsuit's trial. The trial never came to be.

In addition, Bendig's attorney received an extension of time, so that
Tim Bendig could finally find a witness to testify in his favor. I know
of ZERO witnesses for Plaintiff Bendig. Therefore, the witness score-
board read 70+ vs.1 against Bendig, meaning that Bendig's chance of
prevailing in the lawsuit's trial was severely diminished. Yet, Donald
Wuerl elected to settled the case out of court two days before jury se-
lection. Plus, Wuerl originally declared Bendig NOT credible.

To Start, the thesis statement of this exposé is that Donald Wuerl used
the Anthony Cipolla Case as a diversionary tactic, to hide Wuerl's own
cover-ups and to stave off a barrage of subpoenas and summons that
would have eventually accompanied the type of Grand Jury Inquest
that the Archdiocese of Philadelphia underwent. In addition ...

For those of you who instantaneously misinterpret things, know this:
It would have been acceptable and even necessary to have removed
Anthony Cipolla from ministry, simply to err on the side of caution
at the very very least. I would have removed him myself, just in case.

HOWEVER, I would not have cut off his stipend and insurance. In
that way, he wouldn't go foraging around for ministry work under the
radar. Plus, I would have given him ample opportunity to defend him-
self of the accusations against him, and I would have publicly posted
his defense, as well as the allegations against him. I would have test-
ed everything for cracks ... including the accusations against Cipolla
which, incidentally, were never tried in any type of court of law. I
would have brought the public into the conversation, too. Got it?

The Cipolla/Bendig case was not a cut and dry slam dunk of certitude,
especially as it applied to Tim Bendig's allegations and the psychiatric
evaluation of Cipolla. After all, St. Michael's Institute in NYC stated
that Cipolla showed no signs of "perverse sexuality," psychosis
or personality disorder and that he did not need hospitalization
or medication.

The other thing which proves the case to have not been a slam dunk
of certitude was that Wuerl originally sided with Cipolla, letting him
continue to be where he was stationed for years. After all, Bendig
accused a number of priests and Pittsburgh seminarians of sodomy.

In addition, Bendig provided zero pieces of corroborative evidence
to support his allegations against Cipolla, and the Bendig lawsuit was
never tried in any courtroom on Earth. Moreover, Cipolla was nev-
er criminally charged in relation to Bendig's accusations. Yet, Bendig
attempted to have Cipolla criminally prosecuted. Moreover, as for
the civil lawsuit's trial that never came to be, Cipolla's attorney lined
up 70+ witnesses, to impeach Bendig's testimony. In fact, the open-
ing allegation of Tim Bendig (aka the benchmark accusation) contra-
dicted reasonable likelihood. Therefore, it was apparent as to why
Wuerl originally declared Tim Bendig NOT credible.

Incidentally, the Bendig civil lawsuit and the Cipolla Vatican Hearings
are two entirely different animals. Thus, Wuerl deceived humanity by
parading Bendig around. He made it look as if the Vatican judged if
whether or not Cipolla molested Bendig. It did not. It only assessed
the psychiatric clinic reports on Cipolla. If Wuerl had incontrovertible
evidence that Cipolla molested Bendig, then Cipolla would never have
won his appeal at the Signatura. This is explained below. Know this
much for now: Wuerl and the Pittsburgh media snookered you.

The diagnosis of St. Luke's Clinic in Maryland was declared invalid by
Vatican judges, on account of the clinic promoting it's "pan-sexualism,"
and being that it was run by an out-of-the-closet homosexual. Even at
that, the assessment only mentioned Depression and maybe Suicidal
Tendencies. Now, I'm going my memory, as to the documents that I
personally viewed, and one assessment did mention suicidal tendencies,
which is oxymoronic for a priest fighting for his life. But, the psychiatric
evaluation of St. Luke's Clinic NEITHER mentioned sexual perversity,
NOR pathological lying, NOR psychosis, or NOR any psychopathic
disposition. I was expecting to read a Frankensteinish assessment and
did not do so.

Plus, one would have expected to see additional accusers eventually
come forth in streams, after Bendig leveled his accusations against
Cipolla in the public forum. After all, this is what transpired with my
former high school headmaster John Hoehl. The accusations against
him kept on coming.

In contrast, no one after Tim Bendig accused Cipolla of molestation.
Thus, there is the 1978 case which never went to trial, even though it
would have gone to trial if the mom who filed the charges did not dis-
miss them, and there was Tim Bendig in 1988-89. It has been over
23 years since Bendig emerged in the public light, delivering accusa-
tions against Cipolla, other priests, and a plurality of seminarians. No
other accusers against Cipolla have emerged since Bendig.

                By the way, Mr. Rogers called and asked,
   "Can you say Grand Jury Inquest?"

             Wuerl suddenly dropped Cipolla like a hot potato.
                Why did he do so? ANS: Grand Jury Inquest.

Donald Wuerl was caught in a triple cover-up, and when the indict-
ments were filed, he had Hoehl in ministry. He had already declared
Tim Bendig's accusations as NOT credible. So, he let Cipolla stay in
ministry. At the same time, District Attorney John Pettit (Washington
County) accused Wuerl's staff of having stonewalled throughout the
criminal investigation involving Wolk, Zula, and Pucci. This translates
into obstructing justice. Therefore, Donald Wuerl was in law enforce-
ment's spotlight. This means that, when the simultaneous indictments
of Wolk, Zula, and Pucci were filed, both Hoehl & Cipolla had to be
deep-sixed, lest Wuerl be buried under subpoenas and summons.

Incidentally, a criminal investigation against Cipolla began the month
after the media reported on the intent of Bendig to sue the Diocese of
Pittsburgh. The DA's report is posted below. No criminal prosecution
ensued. Yet, it was assumed that Bendig sought a criminal prosecution
for a larger sum of lawsuit money. This is the logical suspicion. After
all, Bendig claimed to have been molested for years, yet he never came
forth until six or so years later. Thus, his motives for seeking to have
Anthony Cipolla do prison time for allegations no one on Planet Earth
was able to prove or corroborate were held in complete suspicion by
the reasonably minded person. The 70+ witnesses for Cipolla in the
lawsuit trial that never happened added to the suspicion.

The Bevilacqua Factor

Anthony Bevilacqua was the predecessor of Donald Wuerl. A Grand
Jury Inquest of Bevilacqua's Philadelphia archdiocese resulted in very
damning discoveries. Being that Bevilacqua allowed evil to transpire
in Philly, it was logical to conclude that evil was allowed to transpire in
Pittsburgh. It was equally logical to suspect that Wuerl took the baton
from Bevilacqua and continued business as usual in the Pittsburgh dio-
cese. After all, how did twice-accused Boston archdiocese teacher,
Brother Ghastin, become employed by Serra Catholic High School,
with no objection from any Pittsburgh diocesan leader? In fact ...

How was it that Fr. Sotak was covered until his death and beyond?
How did James Torquato even get permission to be ordained? How
did the attempted murder of young Adam Ference get truncated, as
if Western Pennsylvania government officials took orders from the
5'4" Jack Frost Puppet Doll look-alike, Donald Wuerl? Who ran
Pittsburgh at that time, anyway?

Take note that Fr. Donald Sotak's accuser allegedly passed his psy-
chiatric assessment, in that he was allegedly declared credible and
suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Syndrome. Thus, he
was believable. Yet, Wuerl wouldn't accept the favorable diagnosis.
The logical surmise is that Wuerl allegedly sought to play with loaded
dice ... to play with a stacked deck, in order to get what he personal-
ly wanted to be stated in the final evaluation of Sotak's accuser. This
shows that Wuerl's way of doing things was that he got his way in any-
way it took, or else you died in one fashion of death or another.

In case you missed the point, Sotak's accuser was evaluated as having
been allegedly credible, honest, sane, and in touch with reality, yet in re-
sidual shock and apprehension. This is entirely expected of someone
who was alleged to have gone through what he went through, namely
an alleged assault. Now, St. Michael's assessment of Cipolla was not
acceptable to Wuerl, and the assessment of Sotak's accuser was not
acceptable to Wuerl, either. Wuerl allegedly kept looking for paper-
work which would state what Wuerl wanted it to state, in each case.
Thus, Wuerl was allegedly never objective.

This concludes the introduction. Note: The reason why information
has been repeated in this article is that Americans have proven them-
selves to be easily deceived by the present powers in America. In as
much, whenever you are dealing with Americans, you have to repeat
yourself, while being aware that they're not the brightest bulbs in the
chandelier.

                 The Cipolla Case was a Political Device,

to Stave off a Grand Jury Inquest

It was NOT acceptable to have used the Cipolla case as a political
ploy, to gain added influence and prestige for Donald Wuerl, as well
as to keep Pennsylvania law enforcement off of Wuerl's back. That is
to say, it was entirely unacceptable for Wuerl to have used the Cipolla
Case as a diversionary tactic to cover Wuerl's cover-ups and stave off
a Grand Jury Inquest.

It was likewise unacceptable to have exaggerated the Cipolla case, by
making the tiny Donald Wuerl look like the he-manly power of the uni-
verse who took down the Vatican. In case you didn't know, the Vati-
can originally sided with Wuerl ... giving little trouble to little Donald
Wuerl.

Incidentally, if you claim that Pennsylvania is a good and wholesome
place, where its government officials are fair and balanced, not need-
ing to convene a Grand Jury Inquest upon the Diocese of Pittsburgh
and those government officials who accommodated the diocese in it's
dealings, all that I have to say to you is SANDUSKY.

The Reason Why the Cipolla Case Was Prolonged

The Cipolla Case was prolonged at the Vatican, because Wuerl and
his staff were miscalculating buffoons who failed to anticipate what
would happen as a result of Cipolla's appeal. In fact, Cipolla did not
appeal against Wuerl. He appealed against the Congregation for the
Clergy. Wuerl wasn't even notified that Cipolla's appeal was being
processed. Wuerl equally wasn't notified that the Vatican's version
of the Supreme Court was to hold a hearing. Thus, Wuerl was ab-
sent from the proceedings.

Got it so far? No? Then read on, because the Cipolla Case was tak-
en entirely out of context, in order to deceive the public into believing
that, during any given election, little Donald Wuerl should run for God.

Even if Cipolla is the Son of Satan, his case was flashed around the
Western World as a propagandist's con game, as well as a deterrent
from having the Diocese of Pittsburgh become a future defendant in
a failure-of-due-diligence (negligence) lawsuit. That is to say, if any-
one in the future would have claimed to have been molested by Ci-
polla, then the diocese would have said that it warned the world.

Furthermore, if Cipolla were the dangerous molester that Wuerl made
him out to be, others would have eventually come forth. The opposite
happened. Letters in support of Cipolla went to the Vatican. More-
over, dozens of witnesses were lined up for the civil trial, to testify on
behalf of Cipolla. More about this is mentioned below.

Remember, Wuerl was literally paraded around Pittsburgh, under the
guise of being the heroic model of zero tolerance, all the while cover-
ing up Torquato and allegedly Sotak, and simultaneously being docu-
mented as having supported a triple cover-up that resulted in criminal
prosecutions.

The Cipolla Case had nothing to do with Wuerl caring for his fellow
man. After all, Wuerl's stone cold uncaringness has been evidenced:

1} by his cover-ups, 2} by the pain he caused people during his mad
church closing spree,   3} by him opposing the credible Paul Dorsch
whom I coached in basketball and knew to be completely trustworthy,
4} by Wuerl's smug disrespect for my former neighbor, Attorney John
Alan Conte, in never notifying him that the 70+ witnesses John lined-
up to testify on behalf of Cipolla would never be able to testify on the
witness stand, on account of Wuerl settling the Bendig Lawsuit out of
court two days before jury selection, 5} and by Wuerl's repeated re-
fusal to reach out and help end the sufferings of sweatshop children,
teenagers, and adults throughout the world, when he was repeatedly
asked to do so. Got that so far? Now, let's figure this out:

   Q1} Why was the repeated presentation of the Cipolla Case a con-
      tinuous deception?

ANS} The Cipolla case was presented with the caption that Donald
            Wuerl was a holy & caring man who fought solely for the sake
            of the underdog who had no voice. Plus, the Cipolla case was
            presented with the additional caption that Wuerl was also the
            Bruce Lee of Zero Tolerance. Both captions have been prov-
            en to be lies. This makes Donald Wuerl a vicious opportunist
            who went to the head of the class on a walkway of lies. Got it?

cmmnt} For now, disregard if whether Cipolla is guilty or not. He's
             neutralized. You don't have to go all psycho ward on us, at
             this time. Cipolla is not going to go on a massive molestation
             spree tomorrow. His back is in too much pain. K? So, cool
             it and think:

             Ask yourself these things -----> Q: What type of baseball
             pitcher is it who strikes out one batter, but walks six others?
             What kind of guard is it who stops one burglar, while letting
             six other ones sneak in and steal the paintings in the museum?

             Donald Wuerl was willing to enable the following persons to
             go back into the proverbial & symbolic museum: Frs. Wolk,
             Pucci, temporarily Hoehl in a hot potato fashion, temporarily
             Huff in a musical chairs fashion after the third package of al-
             legatios against him were delivered to Wuerl, Torquato, and
             allegedly Fr. Sotak. Does this make Wuerl the hero of zero
             tolerance?

             Incidentally, even though Wuerl had Zula on very loose reins,
             Zula wasn't going back into ministry. And why was this so?
             His nickname was Sade ... as in the Marquis thereof. Yet,
             in concealing Zula, Wuerl was covering up for Frs. Wolk &
             Pucci, as well as for himself.

   Q2} Why was Wuerl's incessant presenting of the person of Tim

Bendig, via the media, an unconscionable deception?

ANS: Tim Bendig was the only person alleged to be a sexual abuse
            victim who praised Wuerl. Yet, the media made Bendig look
like the norm. The truth is that 100% of those persons who
            had dealings with Wuerl and who spoke/wrote to me about
            him had nothing but bitter complaints and accusations against
            Wuerl and/or his diocesan reps. In fact, these people vividly
            remembered the names of the specific diocesan reps who de-
            livered pain to them, compliments of Donald Wuerl.

            Be it alleged sex abuse victim, alleged assault victim, parish-
            ioner bullied by Wuerl's people during the massive church
            closings, parent literally threatened with an 18th Century cor-
            ruption of blood punishment by Wuerl during the Catholic
            school closings, SNAP leader, or father of a child who was
            shot in the back of the head on Pittsburgh diocesan property
            (while sitting on a bus), it was all bitter.

            The corroborating witness consensus is that the tiny Donald
            Wuerl is tiny Dr. Ruthless. He left nothing behind but a trail
   of pain in Pittsburgh. Bendig is the sole exception and the
             sole dissenting vote in the assessment of Wuerl. Bendig is
             not the rule. There was never anyone who came forth to
             second Bendig's motion.

   All that Bendig did was advocate that sex abuse victims go
             directly to Wuerl, in matters of clergy abuse. The Survivors'
             Network of those Abused by Priests vehemently contraindi-
             cated doing what Bendig advocated. In fact, SNAP had a
             bitter response to German Benedict elevating Wuerl to the
             College of Cardinals. But, of course, this is the same Ger-
             man who refused to investigate the notorious Marcial Maciel
             for six consecutive years. This is the same German who pro-
             voked multitudes of German citizens into leaving the Catholic
             Church, as soon as he ascended to the Chair of Peter.

             During the civil lawsuit, the tally was 70+ witnesses for Defen-
             dant Cipolla vs. Tim Bendig. In reporting on the deeds and
             character of Donald Wuerl, the tally was this: The leadership
             of SNAP, a number of writers/fact-finders/witnesses, a num-
             ber of opponents to Wuerl's church closing and church selling
             spree, best selling author Malachi Martin, and a number of al-
             leged abuse victims vs Bendig.   This constitutes Dozens of
             People vs Tim Bendig. The irony is that Tim Bendig original-
             ly called the Pittsburgh diocese the worst.

            Know that the Wuerlgate series has been online since 2006
            and never has anyone written to me in defense of Wuerl. I
            heard/read damning things about Wuerl from as far away as
            Rome and England, addressed/spoken to me personally.

            In fact, in a bank's lobby area, after certain allegations about
            Wuerl were made, the man making them literally said to me,
           "Donald Wuerl is a sick man, and I have no use for him."
            That was the man's exact quote, whether the allegation that
            he stated were true or false. He certainly believed it to be
            true, however, after he and his late wife did some prodding.

            Continuing ... One woman said that Wuerl was acting girly in
            a church basement where she also was. Best selling author,
            Malachi Martin, actually did call Donald Wuerl Donna.

cmmnt} In classical law, two corroborating witnesses are required to
             establish a fact. Tim Bendig is only one person. Ironically,
             he originally called the Diocese of Pittsburgh the worst.

Q3a}   What is the first red flag of this case?

ANS: Wuerl originally declared Bendig's allegations NOT credible.

Q3b} Why?

ANS: Bendig accused a number of seminarians and priests of wrong-
           doing. Incidentally, during his deposition, when asked to iden-
           tify this priest and that priest in a photo, Bendig would answer
           that he heard a rumor about this priest and that priest. There-
           fore, he accused them according to the hearsay of others, from
           what I read in the limited amount deposition pages handed to
           me. He originally made it sound as if he were drowning in ho-
           mosexuality. He was drowning in gossip, instead. He repeat-
           edly used the word, rumor, in the deposition pages that I read.
           Yet, to the media, he sounded certain, as if he were a firsthand
           witness to the homosexuality he alleged.

Q4} What was the next red flag?

ANS: Bendig told the media that he was disgusted with the alleged
           epidemic homosexuality at the Pittsburgh seminary, shortly af-
           ter his lawsuit was filed. Then, during his deposition, he admit-
           ted to having willfully committed sodomy with persons visiting
           the Pittsburgh seminary. Thus, he contradicted himself. This
           is usually known as lying. Remember, Wuerl originally regard-
           ed Bendig as NOT credible, and he sent Bendig on his way.

           If Bendig were molested, he either became a sex addict or he
           developed an intense aversion to homosexual encounters. In
           alternating intervals, possibly. But not at the same moment in
           time. This is known as mutual exclusivity.

           The abuse causalities of varying degrees whom I encountered
            developed an aversion to the point of being skiddish about the
            form of abuse they encountered.

            In case you are missing the point consider this: A person sues
            when something that he doesn't like happens to him. Well, Tim
            Bendig apparently liked 'It,' concerning what he accused a num-
            ber of seminarians and priests of "doing."

            In the alternate, a person also sues when something caused
            him damage. Well, Cipolla could have made Tim Bendig a
            sodomy addict, if and only if he actually did molest Bendig.
            But, Bendig didn't say that he became an addict in his origi-
            nal press release. This is one of the number of reasons why
            there are people out there who do not believe Tim Bendig.
            Whether Bendig was actually molested or not, there are
            people out there who vehemently do not believe so.   So,
            let's test their disbelief for cracks.

            One of the red flags is shown in both pages of this deposition.

Bendig claims that he was a victim of indecent assault at the hands
of Anthony Cipolla. Okay. So be it if it is true. Then why did he
keep going back to Cipolla's rectory and sacristy? Why did he
keep going back to Cipolla in general, again and again and again?

If Bendig were being molested for over a six year period, then why
did he only report Cipolla after he was asked to leave the Pittsburgh
seminary that he only attended for a three month period? Why did
he simultaneously accuse a number of seminarians and priests of hav-
ing been sodomites? In six years' time, he would have acquired some
physical piece of evidence to prove that Cipolla is a sodomite. This
includes a piece of tainted clothing or whatever else. Does there ex-
ist any such physical evidence? In fact, someone would have caught
Cipolla and Bendig together, within that time frame. Let us review:

        Washington County is Southwest of the county where sites
        Pittsburgh. It's called Allegheny County. Beaver County is
        the one located Northwest of Allegheny County. In as much,
        concerning the heavily publicized Cipolla/Bendig case, the re-
        port of the Beaver County District Attorney's Office goes as
        follows:

   From: Beaver County District Attorney's Office:

    On December 16, 1988, Tim Bendig was interviewed by
    Assistant District Attorney William Hare and Detective
      Andrew Gaul. Bendig accused Father Anthony Cipolla
of Indecent Assault at the McGuire Home in Daugherty
      Township.

    The Detective Bureau conducted an investigation which
    included interviews with:
                                             Tom Hamilton
                                 Sister Mary Alice
                                  Monsignor Shultz
                                          Father Cipolla

The investigation showed no basis for criminal prosecution
essentially for the following reasons:

    1) Bendig was over 18 at the time of the alleged offense.
      2) No corroborating evidence was found.

         Do you understand? If Cipolla is guilty, and he may be as guilty
         as alleged, then where is the criminal indictment and conviction?
         Furthermore, if Bendig were so disgusted with all the alleged
         homosexuality at the Pittsburgh seminary, then why did he will-
         ingly commit acts of homosexuality at the same seminary and
         even off seminarian grounds, according to his own testimony?

         As was previously stated, Cipolla may be guilty. So, can we
         view the evidence which proves his guilt? Plus, can we hear the
         witnesses who were prepared to testify in Cipolla's defense, at
         the lawsuit trial that never happened? If there is evidence to
         establish Anthony Cipolla's guilt, a district attorney's office nev-
         er received it.

   Furthermore, if Cipolla is the molester of the ages, then why is
         it that no person after Bendig ever accused Cipolla of molest-
         ing them? There was one case in 1978, where the charges
         were dropped by the mother who filed them, on alleged ac-
         count of being under duress to do so.

         Of course, this 1978 case is a very serious consideration that
         places Cipolla under suspicion in a way that Tim Bendig, in his
         failure of producing corroborative evidence and his failure to
         produce even one corroborative witness, could not do.

         Incidentally, the 1978 accusation accompanies Cipolla's defense
         of it, as is posted below. But, a reasonable person would think
         that more persons would have eventually come forth to accuse
         Cipolla of molestation. Instead, dozens of youth were prepared
         to testify under oath that he never touched them. None the less,
         the 1978 case deserves scrutiny.

         Added query: If Bendig told the media that he was molested as
         far back as his early teens, then why is this allegation not reflect-
   ed in the DA's report? Didn't he tell this to the investigators?
   Why was there no mention of the statute of limitations?

Q4 } Why was Ann Rodger's explanation of the Cipolla Case's Final
           Review a propagandist lie, in that she claimed that Wuerl had
           to fight a manly struggle against the Vatican, in order to get Ci-
           polla removed from ministry?

ANS: Wuerl won Round #1 with zero difficulty. There was no fight
           for him at the initial level. Rome sided with Wuerl. Rodgers
   made it sound as if all the Vatican judges were stubborn oafs
           from the start, refusing to let an "enlightened" Wuerl remove
           Cipolla from ministry. The Vatican originally said, "Okay.
           Fine. Remove him." So, where's the epic fight?

          In addition, The original Signatura hearing was NOT Cipolla
          vs Wuerl. It was Cipolla vs. the Congregation of the Clergy.
          Wuerl was not a part of the appeal. This is another reason
          why a rehearing was seen as reasonable. Wuerl wasn't even
          notified that the Signatura appeal was transpiring. So, cut it
          out with this "amazing, unheard of" stuff. Grow up. The Vat-
          ican was amending procedural law with the Cipolla Case.

cmmnt} Rodgers, in the stereotypical anti-Catholic mind set, created
             a distrust of Rome and Italy in general. This is very insulting
           to us Italians. It's the white anglo-saxon anti-papist mind set.

           In doing what Rodgers was doing, she was making German
           Wuerl look more enlightened than the Italians. The irony is
           that it was the time of a Polish pope, with a German cardinal
           in the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith eventually
           getting caught being the ring leader in sex abuse cover-ups.

           One more thing: Concerning the English language that Ameri-
           cans speak? It's part Latin. That's old Italian. So, if you are
           paranoid over Italians, it means that you have to quit speaking
   English. Oh yeah, and that guy who discovered this continent
   and named it America, thereby enabling rows of baton twirlers
           to march down main street in July ... he was Italian. We had
           more than enough anti-Romeness in America during the 19th
           and 20th Century. This included Kennedy's presidential cam-
           paign. We didn't need Ann Rodgers to help with it. For the
           record, we are really tired of it. So, cut it out.

           Explain this: Wuerl is a German name. Bendig is a German
           name that is actually a variant of Benedict. Wolk is a German
           name that means "the people." In addition, Ratzinger is a Hilter
           Youth name and he placed German Wuerl at the capitol of the
           nation Hitler failed to conquer. In continuing, Hoehl is also a
           German name, and Wuerl was the one who put John Hoehl
           back into diocesan ministry. Mister Rogers called and asked,
           "Can you say 'Good Ole Boy Network'?" Sieg Heil, baby.

   Incidentally, Robert Wolk was ordained in 1966. Tiny Donald
           Wuerl was ordained in 1966. The following link takes you to

           addressed to all Pittsburgh Catholics shortly after Wolk's first

Q5}   What else constituted paramount deceit in constantly presenting
          the person of Tim Bendig and the Cipolla Vatican Case simulta-
          neously, as if the two were the same thing?

ANS} The Vatican Case had nothing to do with judging if Cipolla mo-
            lested Bendig. It solely sought to ascertain if Anthony Cipolla
            had a psychiatric defect which warranted Wuerl's removal of
            him from office. It depended on psychiatrists' expert opinions
            in general aspects of Cipolla. I had some of the paperwork in
            my hands. Stated was "Depression" and "Suicidal Tendencies"
in one assessment. However, St. Michael's Institute of NYC
            gave Cipolla a clean bill of health. The following link was al-

We Now Review:

1 - My former neighbor John Alan Conte represented Cipolla. He
     lined-up over 70 character witnesses for Cipolla. The majority
     were youths who were located during the discovery phase of the
     lawsuit. They were prepared to testify against Bendig, as much
     as for Cipolla. This means that they were ready to sit next to a
     judge and testify that Cipolla did absolutely nothing to them.

   This also means that they were prepared to allegedly impeach
   Bendig's credibility with exact allegations that I will refraining
   from stating at this point in time.   Remember, we are testing
     for cracks here, and not favoring anyone. To state the speci-
     fic allegations that were allegedly mentioned in depositions
     would prejudice a review of this case, at this time. Plus, I
     need specific deposition pages, for corroborative purposes.

     Bendig's lawyer(s) succeeded in getting the trial delayed for ap-
     proximately five months, so as to "gather more witness deposi-
     tions." The trial was originally set for May 4, 1993. If the case
     were a slam dunk that proved Cipolla's guilt, then why the delay?
   Did it have anything to do with Bendig failing to locate even one
     witness to corroborate his story?

2- Wuerl caused everyone involved with the case to be suspicious of
    Wuerl's intentions when he settled the case two days before jury se-
     lection was to proceed. Wuerl first told the Vatican that more evi-
     dence was to come from the Bendig lawsuit, and this enabled him
     to get a rehearing approved at the Vatican's version of its Supreme
     Court ... the Signatura. Then, Wuerl ended the lawsuit without ev-
     er deriving more witnesses or evidence.   This was suspicious. This
     is one of the many reasons why there are people who don't trust
     Wuerl.

    The no-notifying of John Conte was laced with deceit. Everyone
     involved in the case assumed that Wuerl deliberately prevented a
     trial, because it would have decimated Bendig's credibility. The
     case was this: 70+ Cipolla witnesses vs. 1 Tim Bendig and zero
     pieces of hard copy evidence, zero pieces of clothing with male
     residue on it, zero love letters, and zero everything else.

     It was 70+ vs 1. Ask yourself the following: Why didn't Bendig
     drop the case, when he was completely outnumbered? Why did
     Wuerl settle out of court, when the odds of Bendig winning was
     slim to none? Does Wuerl know something about Cipolla's pri-
     vate life that Donald Wuerl didn't reveal? Well, if Wuerl did have
     such knowledge, then it means that Wuerl was intimately involved
     in Cipolla's world, whatever that world was. The answer is that
     there is a slim possibility of this, being the Donald Wuerl originally
     declared Bendig NOT credible.

3- The March 21, 1993 edition of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, ever so
     ironically written by Ann Rodgers-Melnick, stated the following, in
     the report of Cipolla winning his appeal at the Vatican Signatura:

   The verdict supported St. Michael's opinion that Cipolla
       showed no signs of "perverse sexuality," psychosis or per-
       sonality disorder and that he did not need hospitalization
       or medication.

Now remember, I would have removed Cipolla for precautionary rea-
sons, alone. None the less, Wuerl won the Vatican case at the initial
level of the Vatican judiciary, at the Office of the Congregation for the
Clergy, thereby winning the right to remove Cipolla.   Well, if Cipolla
were an absolutely positively certain molester, then why did Wuerl fail
to provide the evidence needed to prevent Anthony Cipolla's canon
lawyers from winning the appeal that they won. Wuerl only provided
the opinion of St. Luke's Clinic in Maryland. Cipolla's state of mental
health was the case, and not anything that he was alleged to have done
to Bendig.

If there were incontrovertible evidence that he molested Bendig, then
Cipolla would NEVER had won a reversal at the Signatura. There-
fore, Wuerl flashing Bendig around Pittsburgh was a diversionary tac-
tic of the very case Wuerl used to gain power and prestige.

In review: The Cipolla case at the Vatican and the Bendig case are two
entirely different cases. The Vatican case only assessed the psychiatric
opinions of Cipolla. The opinion from St. Luke's Clinic in Maryland was
the only one Wuerl submitted. The Vatican judges declared the opinion
Wuerl submitted as invalid and worthless. For some reason, Wuerl did
not think of supplying any other evidence. The opinion of St. Luke's on-
ly mentioned Depression and maybe maybe suicidal tendencies. Now, I
am going by memory at this point. What I absolutely remember was that
there was zero mention of sexual perversity, psychosis, a psychopathic
disposition, and also pathological lying. None of those things were men-
tioned in any of the paperwork I held in my hands.

Let it be repeated: It was never concluded in any court anywhere
that the alleged molestation of Bendig occurred. No district attorn-
ey's office ever filed criminal charges against Cipolla, as a result of
the Bendig accusations. And for those you who are having trouble
thinking, remember that I stated that I would have removed Cipolla.
I would have done so, for precautionary reasons. Unlike Wuerl, I
would have admitted why to the public. At the same time, I would
not have had a triple cover-up and the spotlight of law enforcement
on me. I would have had no need to stave off a Grand Jury Inquest.

It was alleged to be six years of molestation. There would have been
a tainted piece of clothing or bedding to prove the molestation ... as
well as love letters, hotel bills, sudden disappearances from the gang,
etc., unless Bendig is the most mentally deficit person in the world.
Now, if he's the most mentally deficit person on Earth, then how did
he get admitted to the Pittsburgh seminary? Do you see how bizarre
this case is?

In keeping with the theme of providing evidence contrary to the popu-
lar presumptions of the Cipolla/Bendig case, the following newspaper
article is presented. It is extremely important. It's the article which in-
troduces the case to the public. In it, Wuerl is quoted as having said
the following which appeared in the November 23rd, 1988 edition of
the Pittsburgh Press, at Page B-1 and Page B-4. Believe it or not, the
article appeared in the MONEY section of the newspaper:

      "The young man had a history of making unfortunate
         allegations against other seminarians that, under
         questioning, he could not corroborate. There was
         serious concern at the seminary that this man was
         troubled," Wuerl said.

         In fact, the prior paragraph stated:

       "Wuerl said the seminarian was 'invited to leave'
         the seminary, because the diocese 'thought he was
         troubled.'

Did Bendig Plagiarize the 1978 Case?

In 1978, Cipolla was accused of molestation under the guise of a
medical exam. The press release announcing the filing of Bendig's
lawsuit described Bendig as stating that the molestation of him be-
gan when he had the flu. He alleged that Anthony Cipolla posed
as a medical helper and then molested him.

The problem with believing this allegation is that it is reasonably as-
sumed that a person is not sexually magnetic while being contagious
with the flu. A reasonably minded person would expect a molester
to wait for the flu to pass, before molesting. A reasonably minded
person would expect that the molester would have a fear of catching
the flu, as well. In as much, did Cipolla then catch the flu from Tim
Bendig on the day Bendig alleges to have been the one when the mo-
lestations allegedly started? Tim Bendig made it sound as if Cipolla
forcefully molested him. For six years?

The Most Intense Ramifications of the Case

When Wuerl made Cipolla out to be the criminal of the ages, you
would think that this would have resulted in numerous accusations
coming from parents whose children were in the McGuire Home.
You would think that investigators by the dozen would have been
converging on the children's home.   This is because, if Anthony Ci-
polla were what he was made out to be, then children at the home
would have been molested by the dozen. There's a huge problem
with this presumption.

The children at McGuire's home were constantly watched. If Cipol-
la were a serial molester, physical evidence would have emerged.
Blood would have been found in inappropriate places on some of
the children. Male residue would have been discovered, also. The
local DA's office did investigate the case, because Bendig filed the
paperwork to have it done. Nothing was found, according to the
DA's report. Remember, Bendig went for the jugular vein. Bendig
went for the kill. The DA's office stated that no criminal prosecution
was warranted. As was previously mentioned, what was confusing
was that Bendig told the press that he was molested as far back as
his early teens. Didn't he mention this to the DA's investigator? Or
did the statute of limitations truncate the investigation?

Here is the other side of the coin: Cipolla was accused of molesting
a nine year old boy in 1978. The charges were dropped by the moth-
er of the alleged victim. She claimed duress and intimidation. Now,
how is it that a priest accused of molesting a child gets to be assigned
to a home for children?   Was the case expunged or did then-Bishop
Bevilacqua know about the charges?

What would have been Cipolla's excuse for accepting an assignment
at a children's home? ANS: Either he was a molester or he wanted
to be stationed near St. Mary's Parish in nearby Beaver Falls, where
he held Padre Pio Prayer Group sessions on a monthly basis. How-
ever, if he were a molester, it wasn't with children who were constant-
ly being watched at the home

The Ultimate Contradiction Carried by Wuerl

Observe: Donald Wuerl presented Anthony Cipolla throughout the
Western World as the ultimate sex offender. Well, was Cipolla ever
required to register as a sex offender? No?   Then Wuerl didn't do
his job. In addition, Wuerl presented Cipolla as a person who had
a psychiatric defect which required Wuerl to remove him. Well, this
means that Cipolla was a danger to others or to himself. Did Wuerl
get Cipolla committed in a mental institution, in order to protect so-
ciety from him? No? But why not? He was obviously a mentally ill
molester who needed to be swept off the street and be institutional-
ized, according to Wuerl. In all honesty, what's going on, here?

Let's Review:

- Why didn't Wuerl notify the mental health authorities
   and have Cipolla committed as a danger to others?
   Did St. Michael's Institute of NYC's clean bill of
   health upon Cipolla have anything to do with it?

- Did Cipolla ever have to register as a sex offender?

Cipolla's Own Allegation as to Why Bendig Accused Him

The following is solely according to Anthony Cipolla. Thus, it is his
allegation. He alleged that an unspecified number of people used to
send donation money to Bendig. He then alleged that he told those
people to stop sending money to Bendig, on account of Bendig no
longer being in the seminary. Incidentally, Bendig was only at the
Pittsburgh seminary for less than three months.

Somewhere in Cipolla's testimony was him alleging that Tim Bendig
promised to get back at Cipolla ("to fix him") for telling people to
stop sending him money. This is Cipolla's allegation. In addition ...

Cipolla alleged that he took a group of pilgrims to Fatima, one of
whom was Bendig. He then alleged that pilgrimage leaders plead-
ed with Cipolla to get Bendig on a plane and out of Fatima. Cipol-
la alleged that the leaders told him that Tim Bendig was deliberately
creating dissension and animosity between the pilgrims. Bendig was
alleged to have gone around, telling one pilgrim that the other pilgrim
said nasty things about him and visa versa. This is Cipolla's testimony.

Further Testing of Bendig's Credibility or Lack Thereof

In the press release that accompanied news of Bendig's lawsuit filing,
Bendig told the media that he was writing a book. He expressly said
that it was so good because it was so true. That was in 1989. No
book ever came.

Now, one would assume that he signed a confidentiality agreement,
and would never produce a book about his allegations. Well, it was
alleged to me by the wife of an attorney that, in late 2011, Bendig ap-
proached her at a well-known local eating establishment, and started
a bit of conversation. She alleged that he once again said that he was
writing a book. Well, 2011 minus 1989 equal 22 years. The reason-
ably minded person would conclude that, by now, there would have
been a completed book. Furthermore, what about the assumed con-
fidentiality agreement that usually comes with a lawsuit settlement?
Thus, there are two pieces of circumstantial evidence where Bendig
was not credible. This is an instance where a person has trouble be-
lieving anything Bendig says.

When he received his settlement, the National Catholic Reporter stat-
ed the following: Bendig, an unemployed seminary dropout, said
that he had suffered years of mental anguish and that the settle-
ment money would help finance the intense therapy he must re-
ceive to overcome the abuse.

Apparently, the intense therapy consisted in him opening the Two Step
Bar, located at 6408 Brownsville Road, South Park, Pennsylania. It
was rented from the Levitsky Bros. of the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
It ended up being a failed business venture.

The Other Side of the Coin, Once Again

Between late 1999 and early 2000 Cipolla allegedly arrived at Mat-
er Ecclesia Dei , then called Opus Mediatricis, a Tridentine Mission
Church in the Camden Diocese, pastored by Fr William Ashley. A
parish coordinator and one of the five parishoners who owned the
deed to the property of the Oblates of St. Jude asked a certain lady
to have lunch with Cipolla, to serve the function of screener, and to
report her impressions of him.

The coordinator was quoted by her as having said "Father Cipolla
has come looking to work with homeschooled children." Ac-
cording to the parish coordinator, Fr. Ashely allegedly told her, "...
... that in prayer he felt inspired to ask me what to do about
certain problematic situations and persons he found difficult
to speak with."

The screener had a problem with the fact that Cipolla's hair was al-
legedly dyed. Plus, Cipolla arrived in clerical garb, despite the fact
that he was banned from presenting himself as a priest. He did not
mention the Signatura case. However, Wuerl came up in the con-
versation. The screener alleged that Cipolla squirmed uncomfort-
ably in his seat when the name of Wuerl arose. The question is this:
Why is a priest accused of child molestation seeking to work with
children? One plausible response, in the midst of the suspicion, is:

Wuerl cut off Cipolla completely, concerning stipend and insurance.
Cipolla did need to look for income-bearing work. The homeschool-
ing system was a bit like flying under the radar. However, looking to
work with children looked very suspicious. In Cipolla's defense, he
received a favorable assessment from St. Michael's Institute in New
York City, as was previously mentioned.

Know that Wuerl accommodated Fr. Francis Pucci amicably, despite
Pucci's indictment, arraignment, and prosecution. However, Pucci got
off on a statute of limitations technicality. Even at that, Anthony Cipol-
la was never convicted of any crime. Why didn't Wuerl simply corral
Cipolla and have him be limited in his access? ANS: The risk of pro-
voking a Grand Jury Inquest.

Cipolla's Defense in the 1978 Accusations

Anthony Cipolla's alleged the following in January of 2012:

1. There was no BOY'S ROOM where a thermometer was found.
    That is a lie.
2. There was no medical equipment found in my Room and office
    as reported. That is a lie.
3. The police found nothing in my room. Instead I gave them a
    blood pressure device that was given to me by Dr. Lawrence
    Dunnigan (now deceased). At that time I was collecting
    medical supplies for the missions.

The woman who filed the charges and then dropped them shortly be-
fore trial alleged that she was undergoing duress, at the hands of then-
Bishop Leonard. She alleged that Cipolla molested a son of hers un-
der the guise of a medical exam. If she were being bullied before trial,
then why didn't report this to the police?

Wuerl Was Staring a Possible Grand Jury Inquest in the Face

In the first decade of the 21st Century, the Archdiocese of Philadel-
phia went through a Grand Jury Inquest. Damning discoveries result-
ed, concerning the reign of Archbishop Bevilacqua. Bevilacqua was
the bishop of Pittsburgh. If he did evil in Philly, chances are that he
did evil in Pittsburgh. Thus, a Grand Jury was needed in Pittsburgh.
One still is needed there.

Now, Wuerl was caught in a Triple Cover-up. A district attorney ac-
cused Wuerl of justice-obstructing stone walling. Wuerl was facing
a Grand Jury Inquest. So, he presented Tim Bendig as a diversion
to prevent a Grand Jury Inquest. Being that his intentions were de-
ceitful, one would assume that deceit smothered the whole Bendig
case. This is why nothing about the case can be trusted to be true.
There should have been a grand jury inquest right then and there.

If Donald Wuerl were so zero tolerance innocent, then why would
anyone object to a Grand Jury Inquest of the Pittsburgh diocese?
Surely he would have been able to have proven his innocence ...
... except for the Torquato Retaliations, allegedly Sotak, how the
Pittsburgh diocese handled the Adam Ference shooting, etc. etc.

Evidence of a 5th Simultaneous Cover-up

evidentiary support attached to the case of one of Cardinal Donald
Wuerl's former personal secretaries, it became a depository for add-

When he was bishop of Pittsburgh, Donald Wuerl was caught performing
the simultaneous cover-up of four Pittsburgh diocesan priests. This was
done in disregard of the Child Protective Services Act which required all
"mandated reporters" to report molesters to Child Youth Services. The
Diocese of Pittsburgh's claim that it had no obligation to report molester
priests contradicts itself in that it operates grade schools and high schools,
as well as employs the services of youth, in the capacity of altar servers
and choir members. If it's not a mandated reporter, then no institution is.

The official diocesan spokesman, as well as the Allegheny County
district attorney, claimed that the Diocese of Pittsburgh had no
obligation to notify Child Youth Services about the priests, as
was prescribed in the Child Protective Services Act. In direct
contrast was James A. Esler, head of the human service section
of Allegheny County's Law Department.   He stated that there
was no question in his mind that the Diocese of Pittsburgh had
the obligation to report those priests. Today, it is understood
that anyone aware of a molester has the obligation to report
him, for the sake of those who would otherwise become future

The four documented priests not reported by Wuerl to the CYS were
Wolk, Zula, Pucci, and Hoehl. Pursuant to recent evidence and to that
which already existed, Cardinal Donald Wuerl's former diocese was al-
legedly engaged in a fifth cover-up in the same one year ... in Wuerl's first
year as bishop of Pittsburgh. None the less, the existence of a fifth priest
being held in Wuerl's shadow was confirmed via recent communications
by the alleged first victim of the alleged fifth priest. This claim was sup-
ported by the sidestepping conduct of a diocesan attorney during a law-
suit's deposition, by which he acted as if the diocese had something ser-
ious to hide.

The priest involved is one whom the diocese claimed was not reported
for wrongful conduct until 1995.   The allegation is that it was 1988 when
the priest was first reported, the year of Donald Wuerl's triple cover-up.
In addition, the Year 1992 was also when, according to the evidence,
Wuerl's diocese was engaged in a long-term cover-up of the same one
priest.

He was John Wellinger and he was accused of having spiked a youth's
drink, rendering the young man unconscious. When the youth awaken-
ed, he managed to call 911 and get taken to a nearby hospital. He then
notified the attending nurse that the priest who made his way into the hos-
pital was the one who "did this" to him.

In addition, the individual claimed that no doctor treated him and that the
police were never called. However, the accuser's dad allegedly received
written notice from the diocese, informing him that he was banned from
the grounds where the accused priest lived. This is because the dad of
the spiked-drink victim allegedly went to confront the priest during a par-
ish council meeting. The same priest would later be accused of harming
yet another youth, only more graphically.

This allegation, on it's own, is weak and needs some type of corrobora-
tion. Well, a plausible form of corroboration occurred during a lawsuit's
deposition. You see, there was a Serra Catholic High School student
who was shot in the back of the head shortly after the bus rolled onto
Catholic Church grounds. A lawsuit ensued, and during a deposition,
the witness being questioned was asked the following, to the effect
thereof:

"What do you know about a Catholic priest by the name of John
Wellinger sexually abusing any students at Serra Catholic High
School?"

The question was inspired by the local law enforcement head who pro-
posed that the Serra Catholic student who was shot in the head was shot
by a fellow student who might have been molested and/or psychological-
ly influenced by Fr. John Wellinger. If no accusations against John Well-
inger existed, then the witness under oath could have simply said that he
knew of no such thing. However, the diocese's defense attorney immedi-
ately pounded his first on the table and loudly objected, as if the diocesan
had something to hide.

In addition, during this time was Wuerl's long distance musical chairs
cover-up of Edward Huff, between Pittsburgh and St. Louis.

In his fit of rage, the diocesan attorney mentioned that he would file cer-
tain motions, should the question be pursued. This indicates that Wuerl
and his diocese had something to hide. Well, ever so coincidentally, the
same Fr. John Wellinger would come to be accused of molestation by
an entirely different person in the years to come.

Concerning any valid objection at the deposition, it would have been the
common "assumes facts not in evidence," upon which the plaintiff's at-
torney could have easily rephrased the question. He didn't rephrase it.
That was suspicious. In the end, the attorney for the shooting victim's
family did more for Donald Wuerl than the victimized family. Why?

The theatrical display of the diocesan attorney frightened the father of the
young man who was shot in the head. Therefore, the family resolved to
walk away from the case. But a few weeks after the fist pounding inci-
dent, the victim family's attorney contacted the dad, to let him know that
an out of court settlement had been reached with Wuerl's diocese.

The father and son both agreed to refuse the offer, so that it could never
be said that they were only in it for the money. However, the family's at-
torney urged the settlement to be signed, so that the law firm could be
paid through a percentage thereof. If there would be no settlement, then
the law firm's share would come out of the escrow account that was cre-
ated to cover the costs of the case.

Sadly, the father and son agreed to the settlement, under a sense of com-
pulsion and duress. The settlement was for only $5,000 ... a very small
sum for an attempted murder civil action. None the less, it was the result
of fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation, in that the lawyer never told
the father that the deposition question could have easily been rephrased
and that the dad was within his rights to pursue the case. The dad was
made to live in fear, due to a mistaken notion. That constitutes fraud.

The dad of the young man shot in the head realized later that the theatri-
cal display of the diocese's attorney was exactly that ... a show. What
disturbed the dad was that his attorney had the fiduciary obligation to
tell him that the diocese's attorney was playing games, and the fist on
the table, for anyone familiar with this type of routine, was the red flag.
Therefore, the dad of the shooting victim was the victim of his attorney,
via errors & omissions.

From the alleged spiked-drink victim of Fr. John Wellington came the
following communication to the dad of the Serra Catholic shooting vic-
tim:

... My dad did report Wellinger's behavior. ...

... Did you forget about my dad being forced
    off the rectory grounds by WM police? ...

... Or maybe you forgot that I told the nurse in the ER that night
     that a priest did this to me. Or maybe you forgot how my fam-
     ily was ostracized from the neighborhood. Did you forget the
     story I told you? I mentioned all that. ... We weren't quiet
    {name withheld}. We were ignored. Just like you and every-
     one else.

December 5th is the anniversary of the Serra Catholic shooting. The vic-
tim survived, but his shooter didn't. The shooter immediately committed
suicide on the bus, after having shot his victim. Then, the gun eased into
the shooter's jacket pocket.

Now, the investigation was pathetically mishandled. The case rings of
corruption and cover-up. In fact, the local law enforcement head was
involved in something was ever so coincidentally made him prone to
blackmail.

Incidentally, I discovered a few years ago that, at the time, Serra Catho-
lic employed a teacher from the Boston Archdiocese who was accused
of molesting two different youths. He continued to claim his innocence,
concerning the Massachusetts accusations, at last count. He was never
accused of wrongful conduct in Pittsburgh.

Concerning Another Deception of Wuerl the Deceiver

While in Pittsburgh, the thing that Wuerl advertised the most was some-
thing known as the Parish Share Program. It sounded like a charity in-
tended to assist poverty-stricken parishes, as in the richer ones sharing
with the poorer ones. But, this was not the case. The Parish Share Pro-
gram wasn't a fund raising drive. It was the church tax, as in each parish
paying its share. Each diocese would be told the amount of tax to pay,
during a deanery meeting, and failure to pay it would render the parish in
default and in debt to the diocese. The proceeds went to the operation
of the diocese. The church tax, under a euphemistic name, is what Don-
ald Wuerl harped-on the most, during any given year.

Now, canon law allowed the name of the church tax to be changed to a
more euphemistic name. However, Canon Law does NOT permit bish-
ops to deceive the laity by sleight of hand deceptions, when it came time
to collect church tax money.

That which is cited above occurred in the Pittsburgh diocese during the
tenure of Cardinal Donald Wuerl, when he wasn't yet a cardinal. That
which is cited below comprises the fruits of Donald Wuerl while he was
in charge of the same Pittsburgh Roman Catholic diocese.

Letter from EWTN, addressed to Patrick Pontillo, concerning Cardinal Wuerl

This letter was the response of EWTN after a package of incriminating
evidence against Donald Wuerl and his Pittsburgh diocesan personnel.
This was years before Wuerl was transferred to DC, and therefore, it
was years before he was elevated to the College of Cardinals.   Donald
Wuerl's corruption was already known, yet he was elevated instead of
disciplined, as if to be rewarded for his antics.

The letter is also a testimony to the cowardice of EWTN personnel, be-
ing that the persons of EWTN could have rallied to a cause, sparing the

SNAP's Complaints Against Donald Wuerl, Even Before He Was Appointed Cardinal

Donald Wuerl is the archbishop who had bitter complaints about him pub-
lished by the directors of SNAP; by the directors of the Survivor's Net-
work of those Abused by Priests. This ultimately shows that, if Wuerl
truly cared about sex abuse victims, SNAP directors would have recog-
nized it and acknowledged it. They did NOT do so. They did the op-
posite, even to the point of calling for his removal from a seven member
committee that was formed shortly after the 2002 USCCB conference
in Dallas. There has been no genuineness in Wuerl for anyone to recog-
nize.

USCCB, incidentally, stands for the United States Conference of Catho-
lic Bishops. It never existed until after the Second Vatican Council.

Persons not even belonging to SNAP have repeatedly observed in Wuerl
the typical self-seeking manipulator who used the survivor's network for

Regional SNAP director, David Lorenz, related his initial experience
with Donald Wuerl.   David was expecting an ally in Wuerl. However,
during their second meeting, Wuerl told David to not come back to him
until David were "sacramentally healed."   Did you catch it?   Wuerl told
the nearest SNAP director to not come back.   It was equivalent to tell-
ing all of SNAP to go to Hell.

Pittsburgh native survivor Paul Dorsch, who now lives in on the other
side of the state where this is being written, mentioned how cold and
unmoved Wuerl was during a meeting Paul and his mom had in Don-
ald Wuerl's office.   In addition, a woman known and respected in the
Catholic world of Malachi Martin students stated that it was Wuerl's
nastiness which she noticed the most.

My experience was that of a Donald Wuerl who turned into a curt and
hateful snapping turtle, as soon as he discovered that I was not there with
a gift in praise of him. He originally strolled to me with the look of some-
one who was about to received great praise. He was only going to re-
ceive a petition for him to do what he should have already done. This
included the founding of an anti-sweatshop apostolate in Pittsburgh; in
a region famous for defending worker's rights, advocating livable wages,
and establishing unions.

At that point in time, I witnessed how Wuerl couldn't care any less than
he already did about the suffering of others. I simultaneously learned that
he couldn't care less about the law of conscience.

Incidentally, this is a Donald Wuerl who was sued multiple times while he
was bishop of Pittsburgh.   Needless to say, if a bishop is sued as many
times as was Wuerl in Pittsburgh, it means that there is something disturb-
ingly wrong with the bishop in question.

In Donald Wuerl, the SNAP membership saw nothing more than a de-

The Donald Wuerl who was observed acting "girly" in days past recently
orchestrated ploys that made it look as if he and SNAP are good buddies.

cathedral.   Wuerl walked out, making it look as if he were in solidarity

were protesting.   If Wuerl did what was right, the demonstration would

If Donald Wuerl had nothing to hide, do you think that he would have
spent the last nine years incessantly tooting his own horn? Wuerl's horn
tooting was his diversion tactic.   In not caring about the three retaliation
victims of the Father James Torquato who spent years refusing to keep
his hands to himself, Wuerl showed that he had zero concern for clergy
abuse victims, relatives of clergy abuse victims, and advocates of clergy
abuse victims. Wuerl showed that he only cared about his image.

There was Wuerl's triple cover-up, the Huff affair, the hot potato game
played with John Hoehl, the sudden death of Billy Gaines, his criminal
negligence in the sweatshop labor scandal, and other things which show
that Wuerl is nothing more than another modern bishop who should have
already been held to accountability and who has not yet been so.

If Donald Wuerl gets anymore influence, SNAP and its clergy abuse vic-
tims stand to suffer great outrage and injustice.   The reasons have been

Preliminary Statement: Catholic Church doctrine has always held that
homosexual activity is one of the four sins that cry to Heaven for ven-
geance. This means that any attempt to incorporate homosexuality in-
to mainstream Catholicism constitutes the attempted theft of a 2,000
year old international organization that possesses estates of consider-
able wealth throughout pockets of the world.

Such an attempt at usurpation will always include the manipulative take-
over of church property and government.   In fact, such a takeover at-
tempt will always be orchestrated by a cabal dedicated to replacing
centuries of unbroken church teaching with self-seeking doctrines that
delight only a skewed and selfish few.   Any attempt to overthrow a
2,000 year old worldwide church doesn't solely consist in attempts to
control the average Catholic's mind with puppet slogans.

This type of usurpation always constitutes the Breach of Duty of Loyal-
ty, as in using church wealth for the purpose of consummating lusts once
held by Sodom, shortly before it became a sulfuric blast furnace.   Such
a hostile takeover includes that of occupying clerical positions involved
in seminary training.   In recent decades, it has included the policy of de-
nying seminary entrance to anyone unwilling to abet in the sin of Sodom.
When the seats of church authority become occupied by those who have
no intention to honor the vows taken at ordination, the power occupied
becomes a matter of accession by fraudulent misrepresentation.

          A Gun Smoking More Now Than Ever Before

If the Torquato case isn't a smoking gun that proves the deliberate incor-
poration of the sodomite world into the modern church, then no case is.
Firstly, Torquato was a seminarian who ended up being personally or-
dained by Donald Wuerl.   In fact, he was a Wuerlite protégé who be-
gan his physically intrusive antics only one calendar year after his ordi-
nation. He didn't wait long to get into action.   This indicated that he
had no resolve to honor at least one of his vows.

Donald Cardinal Wuerl held influential posts in the ecclesiastical office
originally known as the Training for the Priesthood. During Wuerl's
years of influence, the title was replaced by the very embarrassingly gay
sounding Office of Priestly Formation.   In looking back, we see that
it would have been more accurate to have named it the Office of Prissy
Formation, in light of the caliber of seminary reformers in the modern
church.   In fact, a suffix should have been affixed to the title, in order
to reflect the stranglehold that narcissistic Power Predators and com-
pletely heartless Power Abusers had around the Catholic Church's
broken neck.

Donald Wuerl's guarding of the seminary chicken coup occurred during
the years when American seminaries were being turned into homosexual
havens. One such seminary earned the sarcastic name, Notre Flame,
while another one got tagged with the name Pink Palace.   The renam-
ing of seminaries by those in the know included the one at the nation's
capitol, where it came to be known as the Theological Closet, as in
the coming out thereof.

Donald Wuerl was influential in seminary life during the time he occupied
5078 Warwick Terrace, in Pittsburgh, PA. Even before being ordained
a bishop, he was rector of Saint Paul's Seminary, in the Pittsburgh suburb
of Crafton, PA. Now, it was shortly after Vatican II reforms became a
multiple-ringed circus, when an unconscionable fox with access to a con-
trol panel opened the seminary doors to the sodomite world. Donald
Wuerl was there, in close proximity to the scenes of the crimes.   He

er of American seminaries during the homosexual influx of them.

Protégé of Alleged Über Sodomite, John Cardinal Wright

Donald Wuerl was the personal secretary of alleged über sodomite John
Cardinal Wright. Without his nexus to John Wright, Wuerl would have
been a relative nobody. This means that Donald Cardinal Wuerl's rise
to power consisted in him riding the coat tails of a cardinal whose pri-
vate life was alleged to have been a war cry against Catholic morality,
the laws of nature, and the vows of ordination.

Concerning the specific accusations leveled against John Wright, they
allegedly came in graphic illustrations. In fact, don't read Randy Engel's
narration of them shortly before you are about to eat. They constitute a
play by play broadcast, and they will succeed in keeping you on a diet
if you read them. The allegations were so graphic that Wright's accuser,
Bill Burnett, was either in the same room with Wright or else he was in a
grotesque fantasy world. If you are curious enough to read the narrative,
be prepared to get completely grossed-out by the alleged actions of the
one cleric principally responsible for Donald Wuerl becoming a premier
figure in the sodomized Catholic Church.

You cannot be the long-term secretary of a reputed homosexual without
having been one yourself ... or at the least ... without being complicit in
covering up such a notorious cardinal's actions.   If the accusations made
against Wright were true, then it was a domino sequence of events which
lead Donald Wuerl to provide a series of welcome mats to the unnatural
subculture emerging throughout pockets of the Catholic Church ... in him
doing so almost as soon as he became a ruling bishop, aka a local ordi-
nary. If the habitual conduct of Donald Wuerl's early years were not the
dominoes effect of John Cardinal Wright's alleged sodomy, then Wuerl's
accommodating of the homosexual world was an uncanny coincidence.

An example of this welcome mat service occurred when founders of New
Ways Ministry presented Homophobia in Religion and Society at
St. Mary's Convent, in Carlow College. Another example of Wuerl's
red carpet favoritism toward homosexuality existed in the nexus that his
diocese had with St. Elmo's Books and Music. The store which carried
Sodomite erotic literature also carried three of Wuerl's recitation tapes.
The same St. Elmo's Books was permitted to operate tables at diocesan
conferences, such as at the Tri-diocesan Teachers' Conference and a two
day conference held at Duquesne University.

The Duquesne conference, incidentally, was co-sponsored by Catholic
Charities and the embarrassingly gay sounding Diocesan Secretariat for
Social Concerns which finally admitted that it only concerned itself with
obtaining income-bearing government social service contracts.

It's no secret that Donald Wuerl gave long-term shelter to the so-called
Dignity Masses for those dedicated to living thoroughly undignified lives.
Coincidentally, the owner of Saint Elmo's Books and Music was presi-
dent of Dignity, at one time in his life.   In fact, Dignity USA was an ex-
hibitor at the Fourteenth Annual Pastoral Musicians' Convention which
followed the theme, Singing A New Church.

The title of the fourteenth convention indicated the concerted effort to in-
corporate anti-Catholic things into the Catholic Church, including the in-
stitutionalization of homosexuality.   The heresy in the title is blatant of
course, being that the New Church began approximately 2,000 years
ago in a Jerusalem Cenacle, and not in a Pittsburgh convention hall fre-
quented by homosexuals.

Then there was the AA type of homosexual support group, Courage,
given top priority by the Donald Wuerl who should have instead given
first concern to the most pressing moral issue of the day, namely sweat-
shops and field labor abuse.   Now, Wuerl is the cleric who allegedly
acted girly in the presence of a certain parish council woman, and who
was cited as having had the second softest handshake encountered by
a certain diocesan lecteur. Donald Wuerl was also listed on the web-
site of premier expert witness Richard Sipe as one of those bishops who
carry a blatant homosexual psycho-sexual orientation.

It's alarming that Wuerl remained indifferent to the pain of sweatshop la-
borers, all the while acting as if the members of Courage were the most
important thing on earth.    This included Wuerl's indifference toward the
30 cent-an-hour youth suffering in China, as well as the many 85 cent an
hour adults.

It is a moral obligation for bishops to speak out against the sin of cheat-
ing workers of their wages, when products made by the abused workers
end up in the bishops' own nation.   The Donald Wuerl who lived in lux-
ury for decades remained heartlessly silent toward the pain of others. In
fact, his silence is a war cry against God.

Donald Wuerl spent a notable portion of his Pittsburgh days casting an
illusion of sanctity upon an unnaturally inclined cabal whose predeces-
sors, namely the Sodomites, ended up being incinerated in a city state
that reached the sulfuric critical mass stage.   Now, a fatal error of flam-
ing homosexuals is that they apparently fail to realize how intensely they
broadcast their homosexual tendencies. They fail to hide their unnatural
tendencies from anyone except a few distorted church ladies.

The fatal error of such church ladies is that they equate femininity with
good and masculinity with evil. This is like adherents of the Manichean

Meanwhile, women of true faith are so repulsed by homosexuals that
encountering the worst plague in world history wouldn't phase them
nearly as much.

The Former Archbishop of Omaha's Assessment

During his Pittsburgh days, Donald Wuerl did nothing more than toss tin-
sel on a sulfur pit, and close parish after parish.   In fact, he closed parish
after parish as if he had insider information on the priesthood's population
being made to dwindle.   Only those bearing homosexual psycho-sexual
orientations received the seminary red carpet treatment during that time,
according to several sources.   It was alleged by former Omaha bishop,
Elden Curtiss, that the priest shortage was deliberately contrived.

For those unfamiliar, Marcial Maciel Degollado was the disgraced found-
er of the Legionaries of Christ religious order and its lay member affiliate,
Regnum Christi. In having been found to be the most notorious abuser in
the history of the Catholic Church, Benedict XVI finally informed him that
he was to spend the remainder of his days in a monastic setting, to do the
penace he apparently never did. Now, such an order is a common thing
in church history. However, at his death Maciel did the unexpected and
refused the final sacraments of the Church repeatedly.

In light of this, for one to have been affiliated with the notorious Maciel
proves something less-than-admirable about the person so affiliated. At
the very least, it proves the affiliated individual to be a terrible judge of
character, void of astute observation skills. At this point, enter the 5'4"
Donald Wuerl who, for decades, obsessed himself forwith deceiving hu-
manity into thinking that he were a tall aesthetic saint.

Cardinal Donald Wuerl, present archbishop of Washington DC, wrote
the preface of the "priestly formation" book attributed to serial molester,
proven plagiarist, and founder of the INTEGER Group, Maciel Marcial
Degollado. Titled, Integral Formation of Catholic Priests, Wuerl's
1992 preface stated, "I renew my expression of gratitude for your
gracious invitation to be associated with this publication of so
positive a contribution to priestly formation today." As you can
see, Wuerl was promoting himself and the result was a cardinal's hat
given to him shortly before the wave of economic disaster, revolution,
and protest would ensue as a counter to the money grabbing, influence
grabbing, and power grabbin 1%.

The aforementioned illustrates that Wuerl is either a pathetically clueless
judge of character or else he was a part of the infernal Maciel experience.
Whatever be the case, it also shows that Wuerl was a strategic opportun-
ist who sought to have his name associated with greatness. Well, he got
his wish. He was associated with the greatest serial abuser that the Ro-
man Catholic Church has ever been known to accommodate.

Incidentally, there was a time when Wuerl allegedly went to the home of
a relatively prominent family in Florida, where he was joined by Maciel
for dinner and whatever else. He had the opportunity to detect if there
were something wrong about Maciel. Either Wuerl's radar was dead
or else he ignored everything evil about Maciel that he came to observe
and learn. To say the least, he didn't save the church from Maciel.

The latest trick of the more unconscionable members of the hierarchy is
to make the sexual abuse of minors look like a common societal occur-
rence, when in fact, it's distinctive to the Vatican II church and pockets
of the priesthood in the 1950s. The con game consists in claiming that
persons of all industries, professions, and walks of life sexually abuse
youth with a frequency no less than that of Catholic priests of recent
decades.

Timothy Dolan of New York went as far as claiming that teachers molest
youths ten times more often than do Roman Rite priests. In fact, he stat-
ed that parents have molested their own children more often than priests
did. This pair of statements is completely invalid, because there are ex-
cessively more teachers and parents in existence than there are priests.
That is to say, it's the per capita percentage that determines which sec-
tor of society is the one most dominant in scarring the lives of children
and adolescents.

There are, at present, approximately 41,500 Catholic priests in active
ministry throughout the United States. In contrast, there are 1,729,000
kindergarten and elementary school teachers in the same nation. In fact,
there are 2,388,500 American teachers when you add middle school,
and there are 3,476,200 school teachers in the U.S. when you add se-
condary school teachers. In light of this, keep in mind that secondary
school is attended by youth mostly under the age of 18. Now, com-
pare the number 2,388,500 to the number 41,500. In fact, look at
the stats again:

Active Catholic Priests        41,500   that Americans are gullible?

Now for the Unconscionable Manipulator, Cardinal Donald Wuerl

Wuerl was recently a guest writer for the Washington Post. In his guest
article, he stated that 65,964 youths across the US were sexually abused
in 2009. He then stated that this was a sobering number, making himself
look like a caring man. Wuerl also made it look as if there were a pan-
demic of sexual abuse transpiring throughout the United States, as if all
walks of life were regularly engaging in the sexual abuse of youth. Of
course, Wuerl made it look as if the sexual crimes of priests were not
disproportionate to those of the rest of the population.

Of course, Wuerl failed to delineate the types of sexual abuse, as well as
the age group distribution thereof, as well as the general demography of
sexual abusers. Nor did Wuerl state ratios and percentages. This means
that Wuerl is either a lazy journalist or a deliberate deceiver who wants
the facts to be hidden from you. Very simply, Wuerl failed to state that
there were 65,964 youths reported as having been sexually abused in a
nation of 74,500,000 youths under the age of 18.

This means that 0.000885 of America's youths were reported as having
been sexually abused during the Year 2009.   This translates into 1 out
of every 1,127 youths. This also translates into an approximate .09%
of the minors in a nation the size of a continent.. Now, this is NOT 9%
of the youth. Nor is this even .9% of the youth. Rather, it's .09%.
That is "Point zero nine percent."   Observe:

U.S. youths between 0 -17 years of age ................ 74,500,000
   Youths reported as sexually abused in 2009 ............ 65,964
      Youths NOT reported as sexually abused ..... 74,434,036

Visualize this once again:

According to the John Jay Report, 1 in 25 priests were sexually abus-
ive between 1950 and 2002. Then, according to the 2010 Condon In-
vestigation, 1 in 1,095 NYC public school teachers transgressed the
boundaries in varying types of improprieties, from verbal abuse to con-
sensual activities to outright criminal conduct. In light of this, compare
(1 in 1,127) to (1 in 1,095) to (1 in 25.) The rate of modern priest
abuse is much higher. Donald Wuerl was playing a con game with the
Washington Post article.

Finding a sex abuse victim is somewhat like finding a needle in a bail of
hay, as opposed finding it in an entire haystack. Wuerl made it look as
if there were a young sex abuse victim on every block in every town in
America. Predators are much easier to encounter, being that they will
hunt for youth, by targeting the places that the young frequent, such as
CATHOLIC CHURCHES. In as much, Wuerl exaggerated, in using
an unconscionable diversionary tactic.

In his article, Donald Wuerl gave tips on what to do. However, all the
tips were garden variety and common knowledge.   He contributed no-
thing new. This is another indication that his intention was to create a
diversionary tactic and not to give rarely known expert knowledge.

Proof that This Was a Deliberate Diversionary Tactic

The article made the deceptive archbishop look like a caring man who
stepped up to the plate to offer expertise on the subject, even though
he gave only common knowledge in his tips. Wuerl's ill intent is prov-
en in the fact that he neglected to mention the statistical numbers of ne-
glected youth ... of those left to experience hunger pangs and loneliness
on a regular basis. So, why did Wuerl mention the sex abuse casualties
and not the casualties of neglect? Some neglect cases end up as fatal-
ities. These cases are heart rending, yet Wuerl seems to care not.

The probable answer as to why Wuerl kept silent about the other forms
of abuse is that disclosing their numbers will make sexual abuse look like
much less of an occurrence.   In the process, Wuerl's diversionary tactic
will have less impact when people realize that the sexual abuse of youths
is not the pandemic Wuerl made it out to be.   In as much, here are the
2009 stats on the other forms of child abuse:

Wuerl also IGNORED the millions of youths locked in sweatshop labor,
slave field work, and even military service throughout the world. This
number is the highest of all forms of abuse.

In his relatively recent Washington Post article, Cardinal Donald Wuerl's
apparent objective, so it seems, was to use the Washington Post as his
dupe, in order to divert attention away from the inordinately high number
of molester priests in the Vatican II and 1950s Church, making it look as
if "everyone on earth is doing it" when it comes to sexually abusing the
youth of America. Well, everybody's not doing it. Firstly, it is a com-
pletely unnatural act not common to humanity. This means that, in or-
der to do such a thing, a person had to already been perverted in his
senses. Therefore, it isn't a common occurrence for the young to be
molested, as Wuerl was making it out to be. God never gives cardi-
nals the grace to lie successfully. Betrone's debacle, in defaming An-
tonio Socci, is a case in point, as well as Sodano's covering up the
worst molester in the history of the Catholic Church, Marciel Maciel.

There was one more thing that the article had the effect of doing. It al-
so served as a diversion to the adult homosexual activity between semi-
narians, priests, bishops, and lay religious members known as brothers.
The evil of the 20th Century priesthood was prophesied in the church-
approved Marian apparition of Quito, Ecuador. None the less, Wuerl's
guest article also diverted attention away from the seminarians who were
sexually harassed and even assaulted.

Another sign that the Tiny Statured Donald Wuerl
Deliberately Performed a Diversionary Tactic

The first paragraph of Wuerl's article comprises three sentences and one
introductory heading. Yet, Wuerl obsessively posted the same one web
link three times in that one small paragraph.   The redundancy was a bla-
tant give-away, revealing an individual who wanted the reader to go to
that particular site only.   The problem with the web link which Wuerl
provided is that it takes you to the main page, and not to the exact page
were one can view the number 65,964.   Therefore, in his article, Wuerl
puts the reader on a wild goose chase.

A Manipulation and then a Blatant Folly in the Same Paragraph

Cardinal Wuerl stated that many parents were clueless that their children
are even at risk in their own neighborhoods.   Well, according to the true
statistics, it isn't probable that children are regularly in danger in their own
neighborhoods. Therefore, Wuerl is marketing fear, thereby diverting at-
tention away from molester priests. However, it is true that parents and
legal guardians are sometimes the assailants. Wuerl's article never admits
this. He makes it sound as if men hiding behind trees are in every neigh-
borhood ready to molest untold numbers of children. Therefore, Wuerl
presented a propaganda article and not an informative one.

An Additional Propagandist's Lie Told about Wuerl

It was falsely stated at another site that Wuerl had a strong sexual abuse
policy for 25 years.   Firstly, there was Donald Wuerl's triple cover-up
of Wolk, Pucci, and Zula.   There was the re-admittance into the minis-
try of John Hoehl. There was also the musical chairs cover-up played
with Edward Huff, between St. Louis and Pittsburgh.

Even at the start of the Year 2002, Wuerl had "several" priests in active
ministry who had credible allegations of sexual abuse attached to them.
He gave those priests free rein until the media exploded with news of
the many cover-ups of Catholic bishops. Even before the Year 2002,
there was the evidence-based Torquato Retaliation that Wuerl ratified.
Furthermore, recent info gave the Wellinger case more impact. Plus,
there was the Henry Krawczyk case and the Pitt football player who
died suddenly and drunkenly in a Pittsburgh diocesan church. Next
on the list is the Vincentian High School allegations. And who knows
what else is hidden in the trail of the tinsel town narcissist, Wuerl.

The Other Deception in Guest Writer Wuerl's Article

The other deception in the guest article was Wuerl's photograph. The
angle of the shot was a steep incline. This means that it looked as if
a photographer of average height photographed a 6'2" person. Thus,
in his disingenuous sleight of hand article, the 5'4" Donald Wuerl was
trying to make himself look like a giant among men.   Wuerl has ob-
sessed himself with looker much taller in his photos than he is in real
life. In a very recent photo, for example, the photographer was eith-
er on his knees or sitting on the floor when photographing Wuerl.
This shows that the 71year old Wuerl never grew up and matured.
Incidentally, the Washington Post described Wuerl as "a slight man."

A Communist under Every Bed Trick

Wuerl, in his guest article, was basically doing what Joseph McCarthy
did in the 1950s.   Things became so ridiculous during the McCarthy
era that the snide slogan was: "A communist under every bed and
in every government office." Wuerl and Dolan were trying to de-
ceive you into thinking that a molester of youth was on every street
corner and in every classroom.

The distrust extended toward priests came from the fact that the sexual-
ly abusive ones broke their vows of chastity in the most violent of ways,
and then smugly got away with their crimes a lot of the times, due to the
various bishops without consciences. How many priests went through
the ordination process while having zero intent to honor their vows?
Such a thing constitutes fraud. Actually, it constitutes Lack of Proper
Intent, something that invalidates the ordination process. Such a per-
son isn't a priest and has zero power to absolve from sin or consecrate
a host.

Back to the Audacity of Archbishop Dolan

In the Year 2008, there were 35.7 million households that had children
living in them under the age of 18. Therefore, 74.5 million youths live in
one of 35.7 million homes. There are approximately 53.5 million youth
under 14 years of age estimated to be living in approximately 27.7 mil-
lion households.   Therefore, at least 27.7 million American adults are in
close proximity to youths under the age of 14, serving in the capacity of
parent or guardian. At this point compare the ratio of teachers, parents,
and guardians to Catholic priests.    In light of the fact that some of these
teachers are also parents, we subtract the number of teachers, for the
sake of obtaining a general ball park figure.

Parents or Guardians of Children under 14: at least 27,700,000
MINUS K-8 School Teachers as of 2008:    2,388,500
                 TOTAL: at least 25,312,500
      vs
                 Active Catholic Priests today:    41,500

In approximate figures, there were at least 32 million people in proxim-
ity to youths under 18 years of age, on a daily basis. In 2009, approx-
imately 66,000 minors were reported as having been sexually abused.
This means that, at the very most, 1 in 484 teachers, parents, and
legal guardians were reported as having sexually abused youths un-
der the age of 18, in the Year 2009. However, a number of house-
holds have both parents in them, making the actual probability of
teacher/parent sexual abuse much lower, such as 1 in 600 or 750.
Keep in mind that in 2010, the NYC public school teacher ratio
was 1 in 1,095.

In contrast, the unsubstantiated & uncertified John Jay report set forth
statistics that amount to 1 in 25 priests having sexually abused youths
from 1950 to 2002. This concerns the United States only. Of course,
in stating that the John Jay report was uncertified as to its data's accur-
acy, there was conjecture that some of the reported abusers were not
counted, meaning that the true ratio might be 1 in 24 or even more con-
centrated.   At the least, we have a ballpark figure, even if the bishops
were dishonest in supplying the statistical data.

In the deceivers Dolan and Wuerl we once again see the truth in John
Chrysostom stating that the Road to Hell is paved with the skulls of
bishops. This includes 5'4" effeminate bishops known for retaliatory
conduct and who obsessively spent decades deceiving humanity into
thinking that they are tall, intimidating, & aesthetic Rocks of Gibraltar.

Incidentally, it was revealed by a Pittsburgh diocesan proof reader that
the most expected complaint to hear from Pittsburgh diocesan priests,
against Donald Wuerl, was, "Why did he get to be a bishop, and not
any one of us?"   The answer is that you other priests were not the per-
sonal secretary of the notorious John Cardinal Wright, the alleged homo-
sexual who had personal testimony narrated about his him so detailed
that it will destroy your appetite for the rest of the day or night.

Wuerl is connected directly to Wright, meaning that, if it were not for
Wright, Wuerl would never has risen through the ranks of the church
during one of the most disgraceful times for the hierarchy in Catholic
Church. They rival or exceeded the evils of Sergius III, John XII, and
Benedict IX of the Tenth and Eleventh Centuries. This very difficult to
achieve. None the less, when it came to accomplishing evil, today's
generation of bishops excelled. After all, they protected Maciel for
years.

NY Archbishop's Lie Unraveled & Exposed

The Catholic Church needs a housecleaning ... not diversionary tactics.
Archbishop Timothy Dolan, in his unequivocal arrogance, claimed that
teachers molested minors ten times more than did priests. When asked
for his bibliographical source in his bold assertion, a spokesperson said
that it was a NYS Special Commissioner of Investigation report
that substantiated 78 abuse cases by teachers in 2009, and 73
such cases last year. The source was the Richard J. Condon Inves-
tigation for the NYC School District whose 2010 issue is found at:

Now observe: The New York City School District has 1,700 schools
that educate over 1,100,000 students. The Catholic Church in the New
York archdiocese has 279 Catholic schools that educate approximately
83,000 students. The New York City School District has approximate-
ly 80,000 active teachers. The NYC archdiocese, on the other hand,
has 1,783 priests operating throughout it, in active ministry. This means
that, for every one priest operating in the New York archdiocese, there
are 44 teachers employed by the NYC School District. That's a ratio
of 44 to1.

Moreover, the 73 substantiated cases included consensual relations be-
tween teachers and students who have reached the age of consent. It
also included verbal sexual harassment, and perhaps even showing in-
appropriate movies to youth. Dolan deceived the public into instantan-
eously assuming that there existed 73 cases of physically invasive and
non-consensual contact with matriculated minors in the NYC school
district.

Now, a part of the 73 cases did involve criminal acts with underage stu-
dents, including consensual relationships with students under the age of
consent.   But, Dolan did not make any qualifying statement in relation
to this fact. He made zero differentiation. He exaggerated.

Visually observe the statistical ratio of 2010 NYC teacher impropriety
cases versus the entire student body population of the New York City
School District. Keep in mind that there are 279 Catholic schools in
the ten countywide Archdiocese of New York versus the NYCSD's
1,700 schools, and that there are 44 secular New York area teachers
for every priest operating throughout the NYC archdiocese.

Total Number of NYC School District Students in 2010: 1,100,000
Total Number of substantial sexual impropriety cases:                 73

Students enrolled at Archdiocese of NY Schools in 2010:     83,000

Ladies and gentlemen, in the Year 2010, only 1 out of 1,095 NYC
school teachers were substantially found to have gone out of bounds,
in varying degrees sexual abuse, ranging from verbal abuse to conduct
recognized as criminal activity in the State of New York. This means
that some of the teachers' actions were equivalent to a Tropical Storm,
while the conduct of other ones was equivalent to a Category 4 Hur-
ricane. In addition, keep in mind that there are almost as many NYC
area public school TEACHERS as there as Archdiocese of New York
Catholic School STUDENTS. Now compare the long-term statistics
of American priest sexual abuse to New York City school teachers'
sexual impropriety in the Year 2010.

When you make an allegation as brazen as did Timothy Dolan, you are
obligated to produce concise statistics. He needed to produce the num-
ber of teachers employed by the NYC School District between 1950 to
2002, along with the number of school students who suffered substanti-
ated sexual abuse in the specific degrees of intensity they suffered them.

With the statistics made available, it is ascertained that Dolan lied. Such
a lie constitutes the Invasion of Privacy in a False Light, as well as Defa-
mation against the NYC School District and its teachers.   False Light,
incidentally, consists in taking a photograph or a set of statistics out of
context. Dolan did no less than incite animosity and even a McCarthy-
type witch hunt against New York City teachers.

A tree is known by its fruits. Dolan denied that he deliberately removed
$130,000,000 from Archdiocese of Milwaukee bank accounts, in only
two sets of transfers, shortly after two pivotal court rulings were entered
into law. He said it was a coincidence.

If this is new to you, know that Timothy Dolan was once the archbishop
of Milwaukee, where he played Abra Kadabra and Alakazam with over
a hundred million of dollars when the Milwaukee archdiocese was met
with lawsuits. He claimed that the financial repositioning was coinciden-
tal. However, there is no such thing as coincidences, when more than
two intersecting events occur. In the Milwaukee case, there was the in-
tersecting of four events ... two court adjudications and two large money
transfers. The American dollar should no longer have George Washing-
ton's picture on it, stating "In God We Trust." Rather, it would be more
fitting to have Harry Houdini's picture on it, with the caption, "Now you
see it. Now you don't ... especially when Timothy Dolan gets his
hands on it." It has been a pea & shell game.

The John Jay Study and Gavin Group Reports: The Loaded Dice Reports

         Once again, keep in mind that this article also is a result of the
         fact that Doctor of the Church, Saint Francis de Sales, stated:

               It is an act of charity to cry out against the wolf
      when he is among the sheep, wherever he is.
      (Introduction to the Devout Life, III, 29)

There was nothing sophisticated about it. The data used in the John Jay
study was limited to that which was provided by the U.S. bishops. It's
equivalent to having had the foxes provide the data for a chicken coop
study. There was no oversight committee, no third party certification,
and no auditor with personal access to files. This is pertinent to note,
in that the American bishops have long since lost their credibility. In
the words of child protection advocate, Paul Kendrick, "the very
definition of 'self audit' is 'conflict of interest.' "

The Gavin Report was similar. In fact, former FBI agent William Gavin
stated after the fact: "We didn't have the benefit of drilling down
into personnel files to see what might be there. They were off
limits."

Now, it was stated that the bishops made a good faith effort in provid-
ing statistics, at least in the John Jay Study. However, no third party
proof was given that this is true. Concerning the Gavin Group reports,
there is one piece of evidence which should enlighten you. The Arch-
diocese of Philadelphia passed the so-called Gavin audit every year.
However, a grand jury inquest discovered that 37 Philadelphia priests
in active ministry were attached to credible sexual abuse allegations.
This discovery entirely invalidates the Gavin Reports. This means that
the reports where statistically proven to be bogus.

Concerning the John Jay Report that was funded by the bishops, 4%
of all priests committed sexual abuse between 1950 and 2002.   The
number of abusive priests was marked at 4,932. Allegations against
them numbered 10,667.   Therefore, an average 1 in 25 priests com-
mitted sexual abuse of a minor. Then there is the matter of persons
above the age of 18 who had the minds of 12 year old adolescents,
as well as those above the age of 18, 21, and even 30 who were sub-
jected to the various types of duress.

The conclusion is that Vatican II was a complete failure and needs to
be ignored, being that it was never a doctrinal council. The church is
in immediate need of either Vatican III, or Lateran VIII, or Nicaea III,
or Constantinople V, or Lyons III, or Florence/Ferrara/Basel revisited,
or even a council in a city that has not yet hosted an ecumenical council.
Things cannot continue as Monkey Business as usual in the Vatican II,
post-Maciel, present Opus Dei church. Eternity is at stake.

In re: Diocese of Pittsburgh, when under Cardinal Donald Wuerl

Preliminary Statement: Yet another allegation has surfaced that con-
sists in an employee of the Diocese of Pittsburgh being accused of sexual
misconduct during Cardinal Donald Wuerl's tenure there. This one com-
prises a Catholic school teacher, Vincentian High School, and the same
McCandless Township Police Dept that was involved in the second wave
of the Torquato Retaliations.

Concerning the second phase of the Torquato retaliations, the McCand-
less Twp Police were either dupes of or accomplices to Wuerl's Diocese
of Pittsburgh. However, concerning the newly emerged accusation, they
overtly obstructed justice, even though such obstruction constituted a
summary offense, as opposed to a misdemeanor or felony. However,
it also constituted a civil rights violation against the young lady.

The alleged molestations took place for a five month period, in 1994.
Then, after the graduation of the accuser, she gathered the courage to
report the teacher to the police. Her reporting fell on deaf ears. The
accuser recently told a news reporter that the McCandless Township
Police Department responded by calling her grandmother and saying,
“We really don't believe that it would be a good idea to proceed
forward with this. You have to understand that this would have
devastating consequences for your granddaughter.”

Not withstanding the fact that this statement sounded like either a father-
ly warning or a surrogate threat, the inactivity of the McCandless Police
Department constituted a violation of the Child Protective Services Act
which required all "mandated reporters" to report all sexual abuse accu-
sations to Child Youth Services. Regarding this law, if the police are

The Credibility Factor of the Newly Emerged Accusations

The Vincentian High School allegations are entirely consistent with the
Pittsburgh diocesan track record, especially being that the McCandless
Twp police were mentioned. I'm a witness to the McCandless Police
mode of operation, and they stonewalled me. In addition, this cover-
up mode is consistent with a tiny and effeminate Donald Wuerl who
was influential in American seminary life during the years when semi-
naries were giving de facto accommodations to the sodomite world,
as was illustrated in the Michael Rose book, Goodbye Good Men.

Concerning Cardinal Donald Wuerl, all that has been revealed about
him thus far shows that the phrase "Goodbye good men" is not applic-
able to him. In fact, the phrase used on air by a radio talk show host,
when the former Bishop of Pittsburgh was shipping off to Washington,
was Good Riddens. Yet, whether present or absent, the nightmarish
and bitter legacy of the peacock narcissist still haunts the spiritual ven-
ues of church.

Being that the local Pittsburgh media cosmetized Wuerl's image into that
of a dragon-fighting Beowulf, anyone with wisdom could see that some-
thing was wrong with the picture being presented to the public during the
time it was being presented. This was during the very year when the sex
abuse crisis went from coast to coast in a number of continents. Some-
one should have realized that Wuerl was hiding something incriminating
about himself. The Beowulf tales of Wuerl were merely diversionary
tactics that prevented his evils from going center stage. SNAP made
note of Wuerl's deceptive image years after the fact.

All in all, the cover-up list attributed to the Diocese of Pittsburgh dur-
ing Wuerl's despotic tenure there include Wolk, Zula, Pucci, Hoehl,
Huff, an unnamed Vincentian teacher in allegations thereof, Torquato,
and Wellinger. The Fr. Krawczyk who was arrested on account of
the sudden death of a Pitt football player in a Pittsburgh diocesan
church was someone previously reported for unbecoming conduct.
Wuerl was not clueless about him. Krawczyk would plead guilty to
Involuntary Manslaughter, though he would not spend time in prison.

Donald Wuerl spent too much time promoting himself, all the while ne-
glecting the flock of Christ who, as you can see, has scattered about,
sometimes in great bitterness, at other times in residual shock, and at
yet other times in a disheveled chagrin. The church needs bishops
who can feel other people's pain instead of cause so much pain.

Conclusion of Preliminary Statement

“Dirty cops don’t like to investigate other dirty cops or corrupt
politicians,” says Mike Ference. The concerned father has tried to
get law enforcement officers and public officials to reopen the attemp-
ted murder case involving his son. It happened exactly 22 years ago,
and no one has given answers to the blatant questions about it in all
this time. “Only one person in a position to help was willing to
step forward; a Senator Jane Orie. Years ago she sent letters
to then PA Attorney General Tom Corbett, District Attorney
Stephen Zappala Jr, and then US Attorney Beth Buchanan,”
Ference recalled. “Senator Orie is not even in my district. I
could never vote for her, yet she was the only person who
tried to help.”

Ference is relentless. He received information concerning two police
officers who were heavily involved in the investigation of the attemp-
ted murder of his son. The information alleges that the police officers
may have been sexual opportunists, if not predators of a sort. In light
of what took place at Penn State University, Syracuse University, the
Citadel, and the Philadelphia Roman Catholic Archdiocese, Ference
wants to err on the side of caution. This means that he will be as trans-
parent as possible about the allegations. He adds, “There could be
dozens of victims still afraid to confront the two former police
officers and the power behind the alleged corruption. Or else,
these claims could be baseless, and those spreading the rumors
need to be stopped.”

On December 5, 1989, Adam Ference was shot in the back of the head,
with the gun having been held only inches away from him when the shoot-
er pulled the trigger. The shooter then placed the gun to his head and
fired one more time. He probably died instantly. Ference’s son either
miraculously or unexpectedly survived.

Weeks after the shooting, then Clairton Public Safety Director William
Scully, a seasoned police officer with almost 2 decades of experience,
would sit down with Ference and his wife and provide the details of
how a Mon Valley attempted-murder and suicide case had gone wild.
(Incidentally, Mon Valley stands for Monongahela Valley, the valley
through which one of the three Pittsburgh rivers runs.)

Scully would claim that the case was deliberately botched by former Mc-
Keesport Police Chief Thomas Brletic and Mayor Lou Washowich. He
also claimed that the Pittsburgh Diocese put pressure on both McKees-
port officials to close the case as soon as possible. Scully additionally
claimed that the shooter was sexually abused by a Father John Welling-
er of Donald Wuerl's former Diocese of Pittsburgh. He would provide
Ference with notes and names, explaining to Ference that the only way
to get to the bottom of the attempted murder of his son was to investi-
gate the case himself.

Scully also provided Ference with notes indicating Wellinger had fed
drugs and alcohol to a West Mifflin teenager who needed to be taken
to the emergency room of Presbyterian University Hospital, now Uni-
versity of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). “I spoke to the alleged
victim and he confirmed that Scully had most of the facts correct,” Fer-
ence points out.

Ference says he received a call from a woman trying to locate Scully. She
alleged that Scully was her natural father. She went on to allege that Scully
impregnated her teenage mother when he was a police officer for Clairton,
years before he was appointed to his Public Safety Director position and
years before the distressed city of Clairton councilors would go out of their
way to approve a pension for Scully, even if it meant bending the rules to
accomplish the task.

Ference admits he doesn’t know if the allegations about Scully are true or
not, but hopefully there’s a government agency that can look into the alle-
gations and sort through the facts. The current McKeesport Police Chief,
Bryan Washowich, told Ference years ago that a grand jury investigation
was needed for this case. “And that,” Ference says, “was after Chief
Washowich had conferred with Brletic.”

As far as goes the other allegations about a former McKeesport Police
Chief impregnating a teenage girl and also soliciting teenage girls while he
was in uniform, that story will have to wait for another day, says Ference.
Ference asks for help in having the previously mentioned allegations sent
to the right people, in order to have his investigation reviewed. “I’ve tried
for 22 years, and all its seems to have done was cause a tremendous
amount of grief for Senator Jane Orie and her family.”

reason, liked to meddle in the minds of Catholics, by writing articles
that fraudulently made Donald Wuerl out to be a Teutonic god and
the Second Coming of Saint Bernard of Clairvaux. Rodgers was the
one who claimed that the 5'4 Donald Wuerl was an aesthetic 5'11,
while simultaneously describing him as if he were an Olympic Class
swimmer, if not a Greek god from Mount Olympus.

Her fatal error was in the fact that the average height of an Olympic
swimmer is 6.14 feet, and people who would instantaneously find
out that she lied the first moment each one personally met Wuerl.
In fact, Michael Phelps is an entire 12 inches taller than Wuerl and
rarely has there been a top male swimmer of recent years under 6'2.

In addition, she knew about the Torquato Retaliations, according to
a Pittsburgh diocesan lecteur and a Pittsburgh area radio talk show
host. According to the Pittsburgh area talk show host, she deliber-
ately declined to report on the Torquato Retaliations, claiming that
the Torquato incidents happened long ago. Well, the case was in
the U.S. Supreme docket at the time, and the retaliations occurred
less than one year before a federal lawsuit regarding them was filed.
By the time the Supreme briefs were filed, it was only three and four
years after both phases of Torquato's retaliations transpired. All in
all, the dishonesty of Ann Rodgers is one of the reasons why this site
and the main Wuerlgate site exist.

Do you remember the days when everyone thought that O.J Simpson
was the greatest guy in the world? He went on Bill Cosby's comedy
hour and told the world what O.J. meant, even cracking a joke about
it. He was hilarious on Saturday Night, during the Samurai Night Fev-
er skit, during the days when John Belushi was still alive. Then came
the Lesley Nielson movies, such as Police Squad, where he seemed
like the nicest guy in the world. Next came 1994, followed by the
Las Vegas event. However, we were originally clueless about O.J.

Wuerl was originally pegged for what he is at the beginning of his ten-
ure in Pittsburgh. He was seen for what he is in his triple cover-up, his
church closing spree, his selling of church property to an excommunicat-
ed society, the alleged Sotak Cover-up, and the kangaroo court way in
which he handled the allegation of a miraculous crucifix at Holy Trinity
Parish Church which was closed by Wuerl and eventually owned by a
sect called Greater Dominion Church of the Millenium.

Add to this the fact that Wuerl was given the nickname Donna, and he
did have a proven nexus with the sodomite world. However, the actual
Donald Wuerl would evenutally be replaced by a plasticized version of
him, compliments of Post Gazette writer Ann Rodgers. Donald Wuerl
possessed what the average man doesn't have ... namely, a propaganda
machine to cover his cover-ups.

The media game-playing and the plasticizing efforts made the public in
general clueless about Wuerl within a few short years after people had
his number. The troweling effect deceived people into assuming that
Wuerl had a clean record, despite three indictments of Pittsburgh dio-
cesan priests and two additional notices of intent to sue, concerning
other matters involving the diocese run by Wuerl. Ann Rodgers did
little more than deceive the citizens of the Pittsburgh vicinity.

I bet that you originally assumed that Wuerl was as nice as everyone
thought that O.J. was. Well, me too. This is why I had Fr. Torquato
reported, as soon as I learned about him. I thought that Wuerl was
trustworthy. He didn't come close. He's an aging mannequin for the
cameras, with ears like Alfred E. Neumann and excess skin at the jaw
area that makes him look like a rubberized lawn pelican caught in one
of our Atlantic coastline tropical storms. He's little more than that, yet
he was regarded as the JFK version of effeminate bishops by the equal-
ly effeminate subculture that quickly became a militant faction within the
church.

Quite frankly, O.J. was provoked by jealous rage and the alleged theft
of his alleged property. Wuerl was motivated by a hateful narcissism,
where he showed disdain for the common man and thought himself to
be spiffy glamorous.

Then there is the matter of Stalin. He was packaged as the saint. How-
ever, Khrushchev changed that image. So too did a few Russian motion
picture editors. You need to realize that Wuerl was in power during the
years when the church was at its most corrupt. He was a cooperator of
the corruption. After so much evil was exposed, he had a propaganda
machine tweak his image. However, there now exists Jpeg evidence
which shows that Wuerl's lobbyists were nothing more than liars who
sought to gain pivotal positions of power in the church. It worked ...
... at least temporarily.

Incidentally, keep in mind that there has been the phenomenon where
gay congress members would always take a public stand against so-
domy, even to the point of voting against it, in the various bills which
promoted it. Isn't Wuerl being showcased as the champion against
gay marriage recognition?

Wuerl's people failed to take into account that the Eternal God is slow
to anger ... that the exact same God is not mocked ... and that the Son
of Man comes as in thief in the night. Don't be foolish, protect yourself
from being the dupe of wolves who have been clawing for power for
decades. Don't be their accomplices. He who receives a prophet re-
ceives a prophet's wages. In inverse fashion, he who promotes a false

The Contradiction of the Propaganda Machine that Empowered Cardinal Wuerl

A local Pittsburgh newspaper woman, originally from Florida, repeated-
ly presented Wuerl as if he were the ultimate saint of this era.   However,
there's a piece of evidence which proves that she didn't believe Wuerl to
be the saint she made him out to be. That piece of evidence consists in
the fact that she never became a Catholic.   If the woman had thought
that Wuerl were endowed with epic holiness, she would have been so
moved by the guy that she would have been knocking on any entrance
door to the church.   She would have been begging to become a Catho-
lic, wanting to be just like Donald Wuerl, if she truly thought that he were
a saint. Of course, she never became a Catholic, and you can a tell a liar
by her actions.

The same news reporter made Wuerl out to be a hero.   Now, I know a
hero when I see one, being that I was literally raised by one who repeat-
edly risked his life and saw death in the form of exploding aircraft, spira-
tions of 88 mm canon fire, and plumes of smoke coming out of aircraft
that lost their battles with gravity.   I can assure you that Wuerl isn't one.
A manipulator, he is.   A hero, he isn't.   Rather, enduring him requires
you to be the heroic one.

Heroes are introspective and reflective. They also know what it is to be
frightened to death. In fact, a hero is someone who continues his tasks
and stands his ground despite the fact that he is frightened. The more
frightened you are, the more heroic you are, when continuing to do your
duty.

A hero is someone who doesn't run away.   Wuerl, on the other hand,
was a peacock-throne bishop who was more than willing to abuse his
power by intimidating and frightening others, even to the point of rati-
fying economic terrorism.   But, he cowered in the face of members of
congress --- of those people empowered to increase the public debt
by appropriating yet more government contracts to religions.

In addition, Wuerl showed no signs of being reflective. Incidentally,
scheming neither constitutes reflection nor introspection. Nor does
the act of being a calculating manipulator do so.

Concerning Donald Cardinal Wuerl's Ratification of the Torquato Retaliations

I have more than one comment to make about having endured the Father
Torquato retaliations:

My actions during the Torquato retaliations prove that I'm more than will-
ing to take a bullet for you, being that whatever you are willing to do for
one person you are willing to do for everyone else. Donald Wuerl's ac-
tions during the same set of retaliations prove that he's more than willing
to put one in your head . . .    if and only if he can gain an advantage in
doing so . . . if and only if he can get away it.   This is because, whatev-
er you are willing to let happen to someone under your watch, you are
willing let happen to everyone else under that same watch.

What he let happened to Torquato's accuser, to the uncle of the accuser,
and to me is what Wuerl is more than willing to let happen to you.   If it
ever comes to be your turn for it to happen, you'll understand instantly.

Keep in mind that Donald Wuerl was elevated to the college of cardinals
by the crafty one --- the one who institutionalized cover-ups from a
perch in the Vatican, inconsiderate to the pain of others.   Concerning
this, keep in mind that popes come and go.   Some were heart touching,
while others ones were stately.   Some were diligent, while others were
negligent. Some took up arms, while some embraced the way of Saint
Francis of Assisi.   Some were regal, while others brought grief to the
Catholic world.   Today, we have a successor of Peter who brought
multiple grief long before taking the Chair of Peter. He elevated Wuerl,
causing added grief to others in the church. This included SNAP.

Someone's Attempted Deception Failed

Early in the Year 2010, someone attempted to deceive people into think-
ing that my Wuerlgate articles were written by a mythological private in-
vestigator who was under "investigation" by Pennsylvania State authorities.
Well, the Wuerlgate articles were written in South Carolina at the end of
the Year 2006, and I have never been a private investigator for a single
day in my life. My security clearance with the Pennsylvania Department
of Correction had nothing to do with investigating. In had to do with do-
ing government contract construction work on a prison's roof.

If such writings contained defamatory falsehoods, and if hard copy evi-
dence never existed, then the matter would not have been placed in the
hands of "Pennsylvania authorities," for investigative purposes. It would
have ended up in the civil court system, in a defamation suit. Not a single
person has served me with any kind of lawsuit at any time during the four
years that the Wuerlgate articles have been readily available to the public.

More importantly, none of the Wuerlgate web pages were ever taken
down by the two web host companies that housed them. In addition,
no one ever demanded that any of the Wuerlgate articles be deleted
from the Internet. I retired two Wuerlgate web pages myself, only to
post the Wuerlgate articles at www.donaldwuerl.com as soon as I
purchased the domain name of it. Furthermore, I was extremely po-
lite in my writings, compared to what I could have written about the
former bishop of Pittsburgh who is not at all like any Pittsburgher I
knew.

My Name was Concealed as Long as My Father Was Alive

My actual name was not attached to any one of the Donald Wuerl web
pages for as long as my father was alive. Pancreatic cancer invaded his
life and then completed its course of events last year. I no longer publish
under the Atlantic America title. As a result, you now get to know the
name of someone who experienced the ruthlessness of Donald Wuerl
firsthand, even to the point of getting scorpion-stung by it during the
Torquato retaliations.

Predictably enough, my identity was revealed earlier this year through
expert witness and author, A.W. Richard Sipe. You now get to attach
a face to the name Richard revealed, being that I used my own name
when letting him review the Wuerlgate texts.
